“Highly customizable reporting

Pros

I find this HRMS so user friendly and it handles every HR requirement I throw at it. The BI module is amazing for generating reports that are highly cutomized according to your requirements. Managing leave and attendance couldn't be simpler to grasp and implement.

Cons

The UI feels pretty outdated compared to other HRMS platforms I've used. Could definitely use a more modern, interactive design. Performance can be frustrating too since the application runs slow and takes forever to load sometimes.

Pros

This tool has been a real time-saver for me. It simplifies my daily tasks and makes everything much more manageable.

Cons

Haven't spotted any issues yet. Everything seems to work well.
