The customizable workflows and automated tools are particularly useful, allowing me to tailor the recruitment process to fit the unique needs of my company. In addition, Zoho Recruit's analytics and reporting features are fantastic for keeping track of hiring metrics, which helps me make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. Overall its an all-in-one solution that has really helped make our recruitment process much more organized and efficient.

Cons

The resume parsing feature could use improvement to enhance accuracy and consistency, as it doesn't always function as smoothly as expected. Also the AI powered features show promise but need further development to reach their full potential.

I really appreciate how it streamlines the recruitment process with its applicant tracking system, making it simple to manage candidates, schedule interviews and track hiring progress. The integration with other Zoho tools and third-party apps further enhances its functionality.

Cons

The only downside of Zoho Recruit is that its advanced features can be overwhelming for new users. However after getting your hands on it, you don't face any major issues.

This software is incredibly userfriendly and the interface is great. What I especially love is that it integrates with most of the job boards I use in my company for job posting. That makes the whole process a lot easier.

Zoho is easily one of the most user-friendly recruiting apps I've used. It has a ton of features and plug ins that make managing a large talent pool so much easier. What I really love is how customizable it is, you can adjust it to fit your specific needs, which makes it even more powerful.

I think it could be a bit complicated for someone not very tech-savvy, though it makes sense given all the features it offers.

Zoho Recruit is definitely one of the easiest recruiting apps I've used. It offers multiple features and plug-ins that make managing a large talent pool really easy. I also love that it's highly customizable, which means I can adjust it to meet my specific needs.

I've used Zoho before and it's only gotten better with time. There are so many additional features now that make recruitment much smoother and more streamlined. What I love the most is being able to integrate telephony with the database so I can make calls directly and have everything recorded.

The candidate filtering feature lacks completeness. For instance, it doesn't allow searching by age, which is an important criterion. Sometimes a candidate may be suitable, but their age doesn't match our requirements, and I can only discover this upon reviewing their curriculum vitae.
