In addition, Zoho Recruit's analytics and reporting features are fantastic for keeping track of hiring metrics, which helps me make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies. Overall its an all-in-one solution that has really helped make our recruitment process much more organized and efficient.
Cons
The resume parsing feature could use improvement to enhance accuracy and consistency, as it doesn't always function as smoothly as expected. Also the AI powered features show promise but need further development to reach their full potential.

This software is incredibly userfriendly and the interface is great. What I especially love is that it integrates with most of the job boards I use in my company for job posting. That makes the whole process a lot easier.
Cons

I've used Zoho before and it's only gotten better with time. There are so many additional features now that make recruitment much smoother and more streamlined. What I love the most is being able to integrate telephony with the database so I can make calls directly and have everything recorded.
Cons
