Overall its an all-in-one solution that has really helped make our recruitment process much more organized and efficient.

The resume parsing feature could use improvement to enhance accuracy and consistency, as it doesn't always function as smoothly as expected. Also the AI powered features show promise but need further development to reach their full potential.
