Pros

Handling each employees work hours is very efficient with this tool and it helps confirm they are actually following their schedules even when working remotely. That is especially valuable outside the office where it is harder to know whether people are completing their assigned hours. With the worked hours records it generates you can also pass the information directly to payroll for accurate payment and clearly verify who worked.

Cons

I really do not have anything negative to say about how it works it performs properly and has been very useful.
