Partner Platform stores client records, policy documents, and communication files in structured, customizable folders. Users can attach, auto-attach, and drag and drop files directly into account records. Folder structures can be configured to match how each agency organizes its documentation, keeping files consistent and retrievable for servicing and audit needs.

Built into the platform is a proposal generation tool that uses Word-based templates pre-populated with policy and account data. Producers can generate branded proposals for personal and commercial lines without manual formatting, as account details are inserted into the template automatically. The system supports consistent output regardless of which producer is preparing the document.

Live dashboards display agency activity covering financial performance, retention trends, and new business data. Reporting views update continuously based on operational activity and do not require advanced technical skills to navigate. Users can access current performance data without relying on manually compiled or static reports.

A dedicated financial dashboard consolidates revenue, commissions, and accounting activity into a single reporting view. Financial movement tied to policies and accounts is reflected on an ongoing basis, with forecasting outputs derived from available accounting data. Month-end review and revenue tracking are supported through the same interface.

New business activity and active policy data are organized by producer, line of business, and carrier relationship. The tracking view reflects changes in policy volume for both commercial and personal lines and updates as new activity is recorded.
