“Solid risk management but with some minor drawbacks

Pros

Auto-Owners Insurance provides a broad range of policies and coverages customized to corporate needs which I found very useful. They make risk management relatively simple and their management systems interface is very easy once you get it.

Cons

One area that could improve is customer support. Although they are polite, getting timely responses for more complex inquiries often took longer than I hoped. Also the initial setup especially for a small business like ours, felt overwhelming due to the numerous options and steps involved.
