It was good in the past but now there are a lot of things going wrong.

I have been with USAA for 26 years and had no issues until a month ago. An uninsured motorist hit me and dealing with these people has been a complete nightmare. They show no concern and communication is non existent. I constantly have to follow up and they even force you to hire an attorney to sue your own insurance company. USAAs claim of caring about their members seems false. Their service has been ruined and is not worth the cost. They need to seriously reconsider their customer care.
