“Simple, neat and quick to use
Pros
Honestly, I really like how simple it is to use and how tidy it keeps my workflow, creating invoices and tracking time feels easily quick and smooth.
Cons
No cons so far, I don't use the app heavily but I don't anticipate discovering any drawbacks in the future.

“Covers almost every need I have!
Pros
It covers almost every feature I need. It handles billing, invoicing, accounting, case management and task tracking and it doubles as a CRM. It even automatically logs communications, mainly texts and emails. I've organized basically all of my workflows and daily activities around MyCase for good reason.
Cons
There are a few improvements I wish it would make. While I feel the platform offers strong value for larger firms, the pricing feels quite high if you're a solo practitioner like me, so I'd love to see a cheaper, single-user tier aimed at one-person practices. Also, it lacks built-in client scheduling which would be really helpful. Aside from these issues, it's an excellent tool.

“Simple to use with great help
Pros
It's simple to use and handling documents is super simple. Their customer support has consistently been excellent. Although it took me a little time to adjust to the revamped interface and I am enjoying it now.
Cons
I haven't faced many problems and when I did, they were fixed right away. To be fair, I don't utilize every single feature, so I can't really speak to all aspects.

“very helpful tool!
Pros
I can track almost everything from one spot which has been incredibly useful while I support a three-person legal team daily.
Cons
Not as thrilled with the updated appearance as I was with the previous version but I'm slowly getting used to it because change is always tough.

“Awsome support but changes too often
Pros
It is very user-friendly and well-suited to the legal industry, I appreciate that there are multiple ways to complete many tasks from different screens, customer support is consistently helpful and the texting feature is very handy.
Cons
What frustrates me is the frequent appearance changes, just when we get comfortable with where things are placed, the layout shifts. On top of that, the billing section can be somewhat confusing to use.
