“helpful contract tracking”
Pros
It has been useful for keeping track of the contract lifecycle and gives us a way to stay ahead by starting contract renewals proactively. It also comes with several valuable features including DocuSign integration and integration with ServiceNow.
Cons
It does need some customization before it fits well with our organization's structure and internal processes.

“flexible workflows”
Pros
Feels like a well-designed product overall. The workflow is highly flexible and because it's built on ServiceNow it makes a lot of sense for any enterprise that already has a ServiceNow footprint. Administration and support are a natural fit and integration with other surrounding systems is simple as well.
Cons
The AI still feels a bit immature. The customer experience could also be updated to feel more modern although that may be somewhat limited by what's possible on the ServiceNow platform.

“Centralized contract tracking wins!”
Pros
Keeping contracts organized and visible across our internal teams has been much more effective with this software. The full contract lifecycle sits in one central database which has been especially valuable from an audit standpoint. Since the application runs on the ServiceNow platform we're also able to manage core data more consistently across different systems in the organization. Another big plus is working with the team. They're very thorough when gathering requirements and consistently deliver solutions incredibly quickly.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind here.

“fast contract signing and storage”
Pros
Getting started with this was easy even for new users and it has really simplified how our legal team gets contracts signed and stored so they're simple to access later.
Cons
A few of the template features have felt a little clunky at times but we've been able to work around them without much trouble and they haven't caused any issues with the set up.

“clean dashboard”
Pros
Right away the dashboard's clean simple design made the platform feel approachable and most of the interface is easy to work with. The core product offering runs very well especially when it's paired with the right apps that unlock the platform's full capabilities. To get a fully functioning system that fits internal processes well it really helps to map out the entire end-to-end setup in advance and share those details with the team so integration with other in-house systems goes more effectively.
Cons
The user experience can become more complex depending on how much customization is involved and in those cases it may feel less easy than expected. That said it does improve with regular use and the team provides training videos if needed. During onboading you also have direct access to the team which makes the whole process feel much more collaborative and pleasant.

“faster approvals”
Pros
Having this software in place has helped automate contract management and legal operations while also speeding up approval cycles. It gives us a secure centralized platform for contract-related analytics plus a reliable repository that keeps approval history and different contract versions all in one place.
Cons
The team handling the set up was responsive overall and stuck closely to the timelines we asked for. After launch their support remained dependable and accountable and they helped us move quickly to resolve important bugs.

“software that delivers”
Pros
After using a legacy system for a few years we moved to this platform and it ended up being a very natural fit for us. We originally came across it in the ServiceNow store and because our team already relies heavily on ServiceNow the decision made a lot of sense. Since Aavenir's applications run our ServiceNow environment we're able to make full use of the investments we've already made in the platform as well as our internal ServiceNow expertise. That alignment was one of the biggest reasons we decided to move ahead with this.
Cons
At the moment we're using RFPflow and Contractflow to handle incoming requests for the sourcing team and to structure the review and approval steps required for each request. That covers RFI and RFP activity, new contract negotiations, amendments, renewals, terminations and similar workflows. Because it's built on ServiceNow Aavenir helps connect our internal users with the sourcing department in a way that is transparent and simple. It also gives the sourcing team the tools needed to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers so requests can be processed efficiently while staying compliant with policy.

“excellent OCR for contracts”
Pros
We rolled out the CLM tool in two phases and this feedback only covers phase one. At this stage we're using it for client contracts mainly as a document repository with OCR that lets us search across everything stored there. I'm not including phase two yet since the full vendor contract onboarding is still in progress and I'd rather wait until that part is finished before reviewing it.
Cons
When it comes to our client contracts the OCR functionality has been performing extremely well. During onboarding we hit a few roadblocks because we needed proximity search capabilities and also needed the OCR to properly read scanned files not just PDFs. Aavenir's implementation team did an outstanding job addressing those challenges and building a way for the system to handle both. Up to this point the feedback from end users has been very positive.

“responsive set up experience”
Pros
Although we haven't gone live with the product yet and are still in the set up phase the tool has been performing just as expected and has worked really well for us. Whenever any questions or concerns came up during the oboarding process they were handled right away.
Cons
At this stage of set up we haven't come across anything we dislike.
