terrible customer service

Pros

There's nothing that sets them apart and they just come across as a very generic service.

Cons

Dealing with their customer service has been awful. There's absolutely no sense of loyalty and it feels like they try to squeeze every possible penny out of you.

document automation changed everything

Pros

Running my practice changed completely once I started using this platform. Before this Family Law Software I was constantly cutting and pasting documents together and would inevitably make mistakes. Now I just enter my client's information once and it carries through to every document I need. On top of that it's only $25 per case which I simply bill to the client. The customer support is the best I've ever dealt with. Honestly I'd give it 10 stars if I could. They guide you through every part of the case and will even enter the information for you for a small fee. I genuinely can't imagine practicing without it and I don't know why more people aren't using this software. They currently cover Missouri, Kansas, California, Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana and Georgia and they're even open to adding more states.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides.

Easy to use!

Pros

This software felt almost too good to be real. For just $25 I was already finishing my first divorce case. It's very easy to use. I ran into a couple of issues at the start but they were mostly my own mistakes and customer support responded quickly and got me back on track. I'm genuinely thrilled with this program. Even better than the low price they customize your first five documents for free which is an amazing bonus. The download is free it includes a sample case so you can test it before buying and there's also a helpful video that walks through everything the software can do. I really hope they add more case types soon because I'm completely sold on it.

Cons

No negatives to mention for now.
