It allows me to easily request quotes for new cases, check estimates, track existing cases and manage instructions, whether manual or automated. In short, it's efficient and perfect for what I need.

What I like most about Azami Renewals System is the people behind it. They're always there to help, guide me, and point out any mistakes I've made. This is a huge deal, especially since missing a patent renewal deadline could mean losing the patent rights. The software itself is user-friendly, easy to operate, and the auto-renewal option lets me stay self-sufficient. Even with auto-renewal set up, I still get alerts when payments are due, giving me another chance to make sure everything is correct. Azami also has agents who track the renewal schedule for me, which is a big relief since I have patents in over 60 countries. Plus, the pricing is very competitive and reasonable.

Cons

The portfolio presentation is pretty simple, with limited options to organize or extend it. We needed quite a bit of human involvement to set up the initial renewal portfolio when I started (it might be fixed by now). At the time, I thought it was a pro because it saved me from a learning curve for tasks I only needed to apply once.
