Better than others

Pros

I appreciate that it presents all documents within the case file simultaneously, unlike other similar file management software that necessitates clicking through each folder to view its contents. I used to spend a lot of time sifting through empty folders searching for case documents. This software simplifies case management significantly.

Cons

This might be a feature that I haven't quite figured out how to use yet, but being able to share files through a link (similar to how it works in Dropbox) would be fantastic.

User-friendly and affordable

Pros

What I find particularly attractive about Backdocket, beyond its user-friendly nature, is its cost-effectiveness. The combination of an interactive interface and a price point that doesn't break the bank makes it a standout choice for me.

Cons

I would really appreciate having an add-in feature for Outlook so that my emails could be automatically saved in the notes section of Backdocket. Plus, syncing with QuickBooks Online would be incredibly useful.

Affordable, easy to customize and use

Pros

Backdocket includes all the essential features one expects from a Practice Management System: Case Management, Contact Management, Task Management, Calendaring, and Marketing Management. What truly distinguishes this platform is the ability to create custom fields, place them as desired, and swiftly generate customized reports based on them.

Cons

They are still a developing system and are actively working on adding new features. Currently, there is no option to send texts from the software, but it's included in their future plans.
