Pros
Built by people who clearly understand how professional services firms run their business this software fits the way we work. It comes with a very extensive reporting suite and the vendor is consistently accommodating when it comes to delivering both commonly needed reports and custom ones.
Cons
A few functions could still be simplified into a single click such as trust-to-office transfers. That said the supplier is already working on improving that efficiency.
