“firm styles keep documents consistent”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is being able to use our firm's own styles which keeps documents consistent and in good shape. I also appreciate that the software works with Word and Microsoft features as they already exist so Word documents function naturally within its tools.
Cons
At the beginning we ran into a few problems with older legacy documents carrying over and that made user adoption a bit challenging. Now that we're three years in though everything is going really well and just about every user loves it.

Pros
Having it on my phone and synced directly to my secretarys computer is definitely useful.
Cons
Going back isn't very easy the on function doesn't always work properly and there are times when the dictation just gets lost.

“handy mobile dictation”
Pros
Something that works really well with this software is the mobile app for end users. It's user-friendly lets them record dictations right from their phone and send the files straight to their assistants right away for review and finalization.
Cons
The weakest part of this software is the program assistants have to use to finalize dictations. It feels very outdated and is nowhere near as user-friendly as the mobile side.

Using it is pretty simple and pairing it with foot pedals makes controlling dictation simple and convenient.
Cons
Every time I use it I end up getting frustrated because the volume control just doesn't go loud enough.

“mobile dictation helps”
Pros
Being able to create and send dictations from a phone app is the standout benefit for our team. It has made a huge difference in efficiency because users no longer have to wait until they return to the office to hand over a mini tape to their secretary just to get dictation done.
Cons
The downside is that the product is not very user-friendly at all. The app feels like it has not been updated in years and even something basic like the send button is not easy to use. The non enterprise version we have does not offer routing options for the person dictating so there is no way to choose which end user receives which dictation. Tt is basically all or nothing.

Pros
The dictation and transcription tools perform reliably and do exactly what they're supposed to. Getting everything set up on iPhones is simple and being able to assign priority levels to dictations is especially useful for assistants handling transcription work.
Cons
A big frustration is that every user related change has to go through Customer Support. If you need to disable an employee, add someone new or change a user type you have to call them first. After that they still ask for the request by email and then you're left waiting for them to process it. If nothing happens you end up calling again just to follow up. Because of that we're already considering a different product.
