“accurate and up-to-date
Pros
What I really value about this platform is how it keeps me updated on new lawsuit activity as it happens. I rely on it because the information is accurate, refreshed often and lets me sort and find exactly what I'm looking for without extra effort.
Cons
Honestly I don't have anything bad to point out. For me the pricing feels justified especially since the platform keeps rolling out updates on a regular basis.

“Comprehensive research platform
Pros
It serves as a comprehensive legal research hub giving me access to a broad mix of legal data, primary materials, secondary sources and practical references all in one centralized place. Having that depth and variety integrated smoothly saves immense time and provides the thorough, reliable foundation I need for confident research and advice.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any real issues. It is a dependable tool for legal professionals who need current and accurate legal content.

“helpful database
Pros
For my day-to-day work the database setup is very helpful. I can run advanced searches, organize records and tag older documents which makes reviewing past material much easier.
Cons
From what I've seen the system organizes information across multiple layers and supports data from many countries. That said, older cases sometimes lack detail, even though the cloud-based setup works well overall.

“AI-driven research
Pros
This is one of the strongest tools available for online legal research especially because it's powered by AI-driven insights that go beyond basic search. It doesn't just find cases it analyzes patterns, predicts outcomes and surfaces connections that might otherwise stay hidden. That intelligence transforms how I approach research and strategy.
Cons
What I've noticed is that there are a few obstacles when I'm trying to access important information.

“Useful daily alerts
Pros
What stands out most for me is the daily news and alerts. The law firm updates and industry alerts keep me informed about legal trends and help me stay current with what's happening across the field.
Cons
I honestly don't have much to complain about. Aside from the pricing I see this as a strong resource and a valuable asset for our firm and I think most firms would benefit from having it.

“has all the best features of Lexis and Westlaw
Pros
It combines many of the strongest elements found in Lexis and Westlaw. It offers full case law coverage along with state and federal docket searches which helps me stay on top of ongoing cases.
Cons
One issue I run into is the lack of secondary sources and treatises outside of business-focused topics. Since my work often involves civil rights, labor and constitutional law I have to switch to another service to get deeper materials which can be frustrating.

“Tidy interface
Pros
I personally like the clean and modern look of the platform. I'm able to research topics quickly and usually get very solid results without digging too much.
Cons
The only downside for me is the cost. That said I rely on it often for research and the value it provides makes it worth it.

“Falls behind competitors
Pros
During law school I appreciated all the free access and extras they provided. While Bloomberg does offer some material that other legal research tools don't I still find it weaker for most standard research tasks.
Cons
It falls behind Westlaw and Lexis when it comes to ease of research and finding precise answers. I also find the layout harder to work through and the depth of treatises doesn't match what the other platforms offer.

“Doesn't have the same standing as Westlaw
Pros
The platform uses data analysis and AI-driven tools to support legal research. It also delivers news content for attorneys, students and other legal professionals.
Cons
It doesn't carry the same industry presence or reputation as Westlaw.

“Constantly expanding
Pros
What I enjoy most is being able to search across it's different sections like news, dockets, opinions, BCite and precedent material without worrying about per-search costs. I use it for news, dockets and administrative research. The platform keeps expanding with new analytics and case materials. I know I should use BCite more since it's still underused for me. Right now, I'm following updates on the Tax section to track the upcoming budget reconciliation package and I plan to share this content with others at my firm as new material is added.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the delay when downloading documents. Sometimes I have to wait for an email link just to open or print a file. I also find it confusing to know when to use the main search versus going straight to a data source and some users end up scheduling court runs by mistake because the process isn't always clear.
