secure document tracking

Pros

Box Sign helps secure, process, track and send a wide variety of documents. It's also very simple to use even without any prior experience.

Cons

A few features took some time to figure out and they didn't feel very user friendly until I understood how everything worked in detail.

Reliable signing for clinic forms

Pros

Working with patient consent forms, consultation approvals and follow-up documents is a regular part of my job and Box Sign has fit nicely into that process. The biggest advantage for me is that it works directly with files already stored in Box. Once clinic documents are uploaded and saved, I can reuse them without having to set everything up again which keeps the workflow more organized especially for forms we use repeatedly. The signing process is also practical and uncomplicated. Adding signature fields and sending documents out takes very little effort and patients are able to review and sign them without much confusion. That has helped keep approvals moving efficiently for both in-person and virtual consultations. I also appreciate the tracking feature. It is simple to check which documents are still waiting on signatures and which ones are already finished so follow-ups are less likely to be missed and records stay in order. Overall it supports a tidy, paperless way of handling clinic documentation. Even though I have only been using it for a short time, it already seems dependable and useful for managing consent and approval tasks professionally.

Cons

Because I am still learning the platform a few options took some time to figure out at the beginning. After getting used to them, the workflow became user frienldy. It feels more like a minor learning curve than a real issue and it has not affected my day to day use.
