Pros

Preparing discovery responses now takes far less time and it helps our firm stay consistent when it comes to objections and changes in the law.

Cons

There are occasional small hiccups but the company is extremely responsive and open to suggestions that make the platform more user friendly and we're also able to customize it for our firm.
