Simplifies daily tasks effectively

Pros

Being able to quickly access key case details without wading through unnecessary information has been really helpful for me. The way it highlights the important stuff saves me tons of time when I'm reviewing files.

Cons

I am getting used to how everything works which takes some time.

Simple but support needs work

Pros

The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate. Even people who aren't tech-savvy can quickly get the hang of it without any trouble.

Cons

When something goes wrong with the system or pricing issues come up, tracking down my sales rep to fix things is really tough. Sure, I can sit on hold for customer service but those folks usually don't have a clue about the specific problems with my account.
