CMP is a game-changer for us!

Pros

It is super easy to use and I love how fast the support team responds. It seems like they're always improving things, which is great to see.

Cons

I haven't really encountered any issues but if I ever do, the support team always resolves them quickly and completely.

I'm already happy with it

Pros

I've been working in debt collection for over 25 years and switching to this new system was really smooth. Accessing our data for exports or generating documents is easy. I couldn't ask for an easier transition.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into anything that's been a problem so far. Whenever we need something, the customer service team gets back to me fast with a solution or even just a helpful suggestion.

Great product with lots of customization options

Pros

Most of the features are pretty simple. It keeps all the key details of a case in one place and I can even create custom reports when I need them.

Cons

We switched from the server-based product to the online version. There are a few things that seem a little out of place, like how the document templates aren't where the text templates are. It's a bit confusing, but nothing too bad.

Really impressed by the customer service

Pros

The CMP team has been amazing with their customer support. They're always quick to reply to our questions and requests, sometimes within minutes! They've been really open to making adjustments and adding new features to the program. I'm excited to keep working with them and see all the great updates coming soon.

Cons

I'd love to see more options for customizing internal templates but I know they're working on this and more features are being added over time.

Perfect solution

Pros

I was on the lookout for a new system to replace my old software. My main needs were that it be web-based, have trust accounting and reconciliation features and support electronic transactions. CMP ticked all those boxes and it's way easier to use than my old system. I'm really happy with the switch and the customer support is top-notch!

Cons

I'm still getting the hang of converting document templates and understanding the bookkeeping system. It's been a bit challenging but I'm sure it'll get easier as I become more familiar with it.

User friendly interface

Pros

It is super important in my line of work and CMP has made it simple. It integrates cost accounts and ensures full three-way reconciliation as required by the state bar. The interface is interactive and everything is traceable. I'm also looking forward to moving our billing system over soon, which will make CMP even more valuable for our firm.

Cons

It has so many features, so we're taking it slow to make sure we set everything up properly from the start. If you try to dive in too fast, it can get overwhelming, especially if you're new to it.

Unmatched collection software & service

Pros

We switched to Case Master Pro to save on the costs of our previous collection software. At first, we weren't sure if it would be as good but it's actually way better. We've been able to set up a system that works perfectly for our firm, making everything more efficient. And the customer support? Even better than the software! Whenever we need help, they're quick to respond and really listen to our needs. After using another system for 21 years, we were worried but CMP has exceeded all our expectations. I'd highly recommend it and if anyone's thinking of switching, feel free to reach out to me!

Cons

Honestly, we don't have any complaints with the software. It's been a perfect fit for our firm so far.

Outstanding legal software

Pros

It is super easy to use. It's got everything you need for legal case management and it's really customizable and affordable. The transition was smooth, mainly because the customer service, support and training we got were incredible. CMP has definitely made our workflow much more efficient, which has had a positive impact on our bottom line.

Cons

I really can't think of anything I don't like. My experience has been pretty limited, so maybe I haven't seen everything but every time I have a question, I get a quick and clear response.

Affordable and effective

Pros

CMP is really user-friendly and helps automate a lot of processes. I can customize reports, generate billing and send it out to clients with just a few clicks. The CMP team is awesome when it comes to offering tutorials and training and they're always open to making adjustments to the system to suit our needs, all at a really reasonable cost.

Cons

There's not much I dislike about the system. Any issues I've mentioned to the support team have either been fixed or are on their list for future updates.

Our best decision yet

Pros

The customer service at CMP is outstanding. Not only do they know the software inside and out but they also understand the practical side of the business. They're always ahead of the game, anticipating potential issues before I even realize they're there. They're super responsive, personal and so patient. I can't say enough good things about the support team!

Cons

Like with any new software, it's a bit tricky to figure out at first. But the team at CMP is super helpful and always answers my questions right away, so the learning curve is really short. plus they've started adding YouTube videos, which are great for walking through issues step-by-step.

Top choice for case management software

Pros

The ease of use is a huge plus. Everything is organized in a way that even if you're using it for the first time, it's easy to find what you need. It's like a one-stop shop for everything, from document generation and imaging to tracking a case from start to finish. The reporting tools are also really helpful for keeping everyone on track.

Cons

Setting up templates took me a bit of time because the process with conditions and expressions is pretty tricky. Honestly, it's way easier to have someone with experience help set things up at first.

Budget-friendly tool

Pros

The team at Case Master Pro has always been really responsive. They've helped us customize the software to fit our needs and they're always available to answer any questions or give tips on how to get the most out of the system.

Cons

It'd be nice if there were automated functions to sync with our bank, though that's something we still have to do manually.

Couldn't be happier

Pros

It is super easy to use without losing any of the essential features. The customer support is incredible. When I moved to our firm's collections division just over a year ago, I had no clue about Casemaster but within weeks, I was using it daily with no problems. It's perfect for collections but we also use it for other tasks in the firm. The customer support team is amazing, they always answer quickly and are happy to offer advice or suggestions. I'd highly recommend it!

Cons

A user manual would be helpful for reference but honestly, any time I've had a question or an issue the support team has addressed it quickly and thoroughly.

Pros

CMP has excellent features for file management and case tracking. It's a great fit for our office's needs. The team is more than happy to make any customizations we need. The software can track multiple accounts, manage general info, handle accounting, merge documents, retrieve files and even manage imaging. As a Post Judgment Collections Manager, I stand behind this software.

Cons

I love it. Everything works so well. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative.

Incredibly simple to use

Pros

I've been with a law firm for 22 years and I've been using Case Master Pro (or CMP, as we call it) daily. It does everything I need to make my workload more manageable. If there's an issue, I just send an email and it gets resolved quickly.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints at all!

By far the best I've used

Pros

It is great for trust accounting, custom reporting, case tracking and so much more. The main screen gives you everything at a glance and there's contact tracking, imaging, online services, document merging, honestly I could go on. It's really easy to learn, too.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that my new firm doesn't have this yet!
