“Extremely frustrating and not worth the investment

Pros

I'm not really enjoying any features at the moment. I thought it would make the process easier, but so far, it has not really worked out that way.

Cons

CaseEasy's immigration software has been a huge letdown. Despite the high cost, their team consistently makes mistakes on forms, which puts my application at risk. The lack of templates makes things even harder and their slow, unhelpful customer service only adds to the frustration. I would definitely recommend avoiding this service, it's a waste of money and really doesn't deliver.

CaseEasy is all you need for managing a successful law practice. From assessment questionnaires to client intake, accounting and billing, it covers every aspect of client interaction. Plus the platform is super attractive and userfriendly, which actually makes work feel a little more fun and motivating. The best part? ..It's web based!!! so staff can work from home or anywhere in the world! Before we switched to CaseEasy, we used their biggest competitor, so I can confidently say that it is superior in so many ways.

Cons

I haven't come across a more responsive team of service providers. They actually ask their clients for ideas on how to improve. Everything we've suggested has been addressed so I feel confident that future ideas will be treated with the same level of care.

Pros

This system has really helped me manage client cases more effectively and maintain a solid communication channel with clients. They have their own portal where they can communicate directly with the consultant and both clients and consultants can easily share documents through the portal.

Cons

Unfortunately there are no APIs available at the moment to connect this system with other platforms
