“Its so helpful for our law firm”
Pros
Having all client cases in one place, with a consistent organization, makes reviewing new case files so much easier.
Cons
There is no privacy among co workers. Anyone can access my cases and documents, which is a concern.

“This software has saved me many times”
Pros
I love that we can manage large caseloads with a small team. The CasePacer team has worked closely with us to customize features, allowing us to quickly respond to court directives and unexpected requests.
Cons
An e-signature integration and a broadcast communication tool to replace MailChimp would be a great addition.

“It's fast, reliable, and efficient”
Pros
Being a cloud-based product, CasePacer has significantly reduced the need for maintaining in-house servers and services. We no longer have to manage SQL servers, licensing, application servers, installations, or the ongoing dependencies and updates required for deployed applications. It also offers a WebDAV-based workflow, which keeps the familiar "mapped letter drive" functionality our team is used to. plus the built-in utility makes it much easier to place documents into the case file, improving overall efficiency.
Cons
The built in calendar is intuitive and works well but it does not sync with Outlook/Exchange. Hoping for a Microsoft Graph API integration in the future.

“CasePacer is truly top-notch”
Pros
CasePacer is very easy to use. Learning the system was so simpe, and the support and training were excellent.
Cons
You cannot enter decimal amounts in the PIP benefit screen. For example, if a client drove 220.5 miles in August, you can only enter 220 or 221. Life is not always that exact!

“Best in class for law practice management”
Pros
CasePacer is a versatile tool with great potential for expansion and customization. The development team listens to users and continuously improves the system. Given the level of service provided, the pricing feels well worth it.
Cons
The initial design and setup might feel overwhelming, but that is just because of the many options available. Fortunately, their team works with you every step of the way to make the process smooth.

“Control, consistency, and the ability to scale”
Pros
The software is incredibly smart. Our processes are embedded directly into the workflows, and the ticklers make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It is efficient and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is under control.
Cons
Change is never easy. Some people resist letting go of old ways, but the efficiency gains and peace of mind are absolutely worth it.

“A great program that's constantly getting better”
Pros
As a user, I find it very easy to navigate. When used properly, it helps ensure that nothing important is missed, which is crucial in preventing malpractice. I also appreciate that the company values user feedback and actively works on improvements based on what we need.
Cons
Turning on every workflow and "tickler" (to-do) can feel overwhelming but luckily, you can customize and toggle them on or off. The system works well, but upcoming improvements seem to be taking a long time. I also wish there was more admin-level customization instead of waiting for the company to make adjustments.

“Tailors to the specific needs of clients”
Pros
I feel like CasePacer really understood our firm's needs and communicated well with us. Since we handle thousands of cases at a time, we needed many changes to our setup, and they worked with us to implement what they could while supporting ongoing projects.
Cons
Many features operate on a global scale and cannot be adjusted individually, but CasePacer does find creative alternatives to better suit specific case needs.

“Easy to use, efficient, and adaptable”
Pros
This system keeps everyone on the same page. The built-in efficiencies allow our legal team to manage far more cases than before. But what really stands out is that we are now fully paperless, no more filing cabinets or storage facilities filled with documents. With just a glance, I can see the status of a case, making phone calls and updates much easier and less stressful.
Cons
The biggest drawback is already being addressed. Tracking what team members are working on, especially with remote work, has been tricky. However, new reporting improvements are making it easier for managers to oversee workloads. Transitioning from another case management platform is not entirely seamless, but the effort is definitely worth it.
