“Learning new features is easy”
Pros
I enjoy how organized everything is and how easily I can locate what I need. The regular seminars on new features are also a big plus for learning how to maximize the system.
Cons
I hate having to delete each picture individually, and once I delete one, the page refreshes and jumps back to the top.

“Good but few features can't be customized”
Pros
Most of the necessary information can be entered in one place, without having to sift through all the documents.
Cons
I am disappointed that some features can't be customized and that it doesn't support multi-client texting.

“Everyday task management becomes easy”
Pros
I appreciate the ability to text and email clients, with all communications being automatically stored in the appropriate files.
Cons
It's quite bothersome that I have to go through the extra step of creating documents outside of Caspeer, using another program, and then taking the time to save them back into the system afterward.

“Takes the hassle out”
Pros
I like being able to keep track of contacts for specific companies, which makes it easy to refer back to them when needed.
Cons
I wish there was a way to see which documents are coming in and going out, maybe through an option or symbol next to each document.

“Big fan of Casepeer”
Pros
Love this program so much that I introduced it to my new firm. The ease of use really stands out to me. The layout is logical, and navigating the system is very simple.
Cons
I'd love to be able to modify or remove case statuses. The settlement tab also needs work, you should be able to see who holds a lien in the settlement tab, especially within the medical provider section. We would also appreciate the ability to call providers or at least click to access their information directly from the settlement tab.

“Great tool - I rely on it!!!”
Pros
It is much easier to stay on top of various responsibilities, particularly when it comes to organizing and tracking essential data.
Cons
There's no effective way to track subpoena production. I've reached out to support, but they don't seem to have a solution. CasePeer seems to assume subpoenas are only used for appearances at trials or depositions, whereas we primarily use them for document production.

“Easily accessible from anywhere”
Pros
It's always easily accessible, whether I'm working at the office or remotely, which adds an extra layer of convenience. I never feel like I'm wasting time trying to figure things out, and being able to quickly access the system whenever necessary has made my workflow much smoother.
Cons
It's annoying when I select records and bills, and the screen refreshes automatically.

“CASEpeer allows multi-tasking”

Managing about 70 cases is much easier with this software, as it helps me stay organized and keep track of important deadlines.

“Easy to navigate”
Pros
The ease of use and the well-organized layout make it simple to navigate and find what I need.
Cons
I'm honestly not too pleased with the current situation where there's no dedicated program or app available. It feels like a significant limitation, especially in today's digital age when having a specialized app could make managing tasks on the go much easier.

“Always ignore the issues”
Pros
CASEpeer doesn't stand out much when compared to other case management software on the market.
Cons
About a year ago, I sent an email requesting a fix that would allow more templates to be created. The witness tab currently only allows us to add individuals, but not corporations, which would streamline our workflow if it were an option. Recently, we also faced a second issue regarding the lack of a frequency button for tasks (like a 2-week reminder to call a client). However, I was informed that this couldn't be added due to other clients handling hundreds of cases. Instead of features that would improve workflow, we received an update about a third gender option.

“Works fine”
Pros
I like that I can customize the order of tabs and medical providers to fit my preferences.
Cons
I wish the medical tab had a note section under each provider for follow-ups on medical requests. When I used Needles, it had this feature, which made keeping track of follow-ups in one place much easier.

Pros
CASEpeer has been invaluable in keeping our firm organized and on the right path. It ensures that we stay on top of all tasks and deadlines, preventing anything important from slipping through the cracks.

“Perfect for handling different tasks”
Pros
What I admire most about CASEpeer is the ability to track and stay updated on hundreds of cases at once.
Cons
What I find most frustrating about CASEpeer is the frequent glitches and the fact that the calendar feature is not very smooth. It takes a long time to enter calendar items, and I sometimes have to re-enter them, which can be problematic.

“Offers great return on investment”
Pros
The best feature of CASEpeer is how efficiently it compiles treatment details and costs when preparing a case for settlement. It updates as you go, acting like the assistant you've always wanted, and everyone on the team can stay on the same page.
Cons
Every platform has its downsides, but I think the usability could be improved for viewing open cases under the reports tab. It takes a long time to load, and the Medpay features under settlements can be confusing.

“Texting feature is superb”
Pros
I love how it helps me stay organized and track what's been completed or still needs to be done on each case. The texting feature is a huge time saver as well.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the fact that some features are only available on CASEpeer advanced.

“Reliable for court deadlines and protocols”
Pros
What I liked most about Casepeer was its litigation tab and the calendar features. I rely on it because every county uses different court rules and it consistently got the deadlines and the various court-specific protocols right.
Cons
I did notice the calendar layout can be hard to read when a single day is full of events as it becomes cluttered. Linking the calendar to Outlook, however really helps and makes those busy days much easier for me to see clearly.
