email integration saves hours

Pros

Having the email integration built in has been a huge time-saver and helps keep things from getting lost or mixed up. I spend far less time digging through my inbox looking for messages now. The system is simple to use so there really isn't any training required. Once the templates are in place, managing documents becomes very simple too.

Cons

My only real complaint is the per-user subscription setup. The more people who need access, the more you end up paying for individual licenses. The two-factor authentication prevents account sharing which is good from a security standpoint but it also means there's no workaround on cost and probably helps them make extra money. I just wish they offered some kind of discount, like a group rate as a firm grows over time.

Awesome calendar integration

Pros

The calendar integration has been fantastic. It's very user-friendly and does an excellent job of keeping every deadline in front of you. It has honestly been a lifesaver and a huge time saver.

Cons

I'd still like to see the main screen showing litigation dates instead of notes. When a case moves into litigation, the main case view should display key upcoming dates and events as reminders. The medical records section could also be organized much better. It would be helpful to add a date field and check off whether the medical record, bill and amount have been received for each entry. A downloadable medical bill summary in Excel would really take this program to the next level.

User-friendly system with strong potential

Pros

The system feels very user-friendly and is simple to move around in, with only a few minor hiccups here and there. The interface feels clean and everything makes sense. It also seems to offer more potential than a lot of other programs I've used.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see improved is the Cost file. It would be much better if it let you clearly identify which fees are being charged and paid, while also allowing the invoice or paid invoice to be uploaded within the same file.

boosts efficiency

Pros

Document management is easily one of the best parts of CASEpeer. It keeps records, bills and correspondence neatly organized so everything is quick to find and simple to work through. Being able to monitor case progress, attach documents straight to tasks and keep a tidy file structure makes a big difference in day-to-day efficiency especially when handling a large number of personal injury cases. It cuts down the time spent digging for files and helps the whole team stay on the same page.

Cons

Pricing feels a little high when you compare it to some of the platform's limitations. Even though it has a lot of power, certain features don't offer much flexibility or customization which can make workflows feel more rigid than they should. There are also occasional bugs and slow performance that can disrupt productivity. For firms that depend on highly organized operations, those inefficiencies can build up over time and make the overall value feel less convincing.

Uncomplicated software

Pros

it turned out the learning curve wasn't nearly as intimidating as I had expected. I assumed file management would become a hassle because each case includes so many documents and built-in features but that never actually happened. The platform doesn't feel overengineered at all, every tool does exactly what it's meant to do. Nothing feels unnecessarily complicated, it's just simple, polished document management that helps keep each of our cases organized in its own space.

Cons

I ran into a bug that would randomly log me out of my account from time to time without any clear reason. On top of that some features are restricted to my administrator for security purposes which can make it harder to fix things immediately when a problem comes up.

Friendly layout

Pros

Right away, the user-friendly layout and how well all the case management tools connect stood out to me. Keeping up with case progress, staying in touch with clients and handling documents all feels very simple. The platform is user-friendly and the time-saving touches like automated updates and reminders are something I really appreciate. It has genuinely organized my workflow and made juggling multiple cases feel far more organized.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't run into any major problems with it. Everything has worked the way I expected and any minor hiccups I came across were handled quickly by customer support.

Reasonably priced!

Pros

CASEpeer has covered pretty much everything we need, from document uploads to case management and task assignments. We've had little to no trouble with app performance, security or bugs. It really helps with managing staff assignments and staying organized with files across pre-litigation, suit, discovery and settlement. It also keeps all the important details in one place, like categories, dates soL deadlines, case expenses, contacts, notes, court notes, case lists and client communication. There's a lot built into it and it's been simple to learn and use. The price is reasonable too.

Cons

I'd want more color customization in the app. Instead of being limited to green, I'd love the option to choose from additional color themes.

Timesaving templates

Pros

Keeping everything organized with tasks has been really helpful and the templates save a lot of time when they're placed in the most logical spot, like putting a client-specific letter under the client tab instead of under the defendant-adjuster envelope. The chat feature is also very responsive and when the AI gets stuck or can't answer something, a real person steps in quickly to help.

Cons

The templates don't always pull information from other tabs which leaves gaps in the finished document. Because of that, I end up putting certain client-specific letters in the "def adjuster" section. Those letters include required keywords the system won't add automatically. Needing to store them there is confusing especially since that information logically belongs somewhere else in the file. While this workaround is necessary to make sure all the required details appear where they should, it makes the process less user-friendly and increases the risk of mistakes.

easy to find info

Pros

Using it day to day feels very user friendly. I can keep my cases updated, find important information fast and generate reports that are actually useful and meaningful.

Cons

I would change the medical treatment tab because it could be more user friendly. The provider order seems to shift after edits and it's frustrating to keep scrolling every time I add new information.

Works well for personal injury law firms

Pros

Getting started with it feels pretty simple and it works really well for personal injury law firms. Having cases, documents and client information all together in one place makes it much simpler to stay organized and keep everything on track.

Cons

A noticeable downside is the limited customization which can make it harder to adapt the system to specific workflows or personal preferences. Some features can feel a bit rigid at times especially when trying to make the platform fit unique case requirements. There are also occasional integration issues with other tools which can slow things down for teams that depend on multiple systems. Although the platform is generally user-friendly some of the more advanced features could be more flexible and robust.

Excellent value for money

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how much value this software gives for the price. It comes with strong case management functionality without feeling too expensive especially when you look at the range of tools included. Getting started with it is fairly manageable as well. Even though there are a lot of features, the platform feels user-friendly enough that you can become comfortable using it pretty quickly with regular use. Security also feels dependable which is extremely important when dealing with sensitive client information in legal work. The document and file management features are reliable too. Uploading organizing and finding documents is simple which makes it much easier to keep cases organized and accessible. I also appreciate how well the system keeps everything centralized in one place. Overall, the feature set is robust and clearly built around legal workflows. It handles daily tasks well, from tracking cases to supporting communication. There are occasional bugs or small issues here and there but they have not been disruptive enough to seriously affect workflow. In general, it has been a dependable system for managing cases efficiently.

Cons

I'm not able to delete documents or notes when necessary. I also don't have access to reports showing my own work or the work completed by others which makes visibility and tracking more difficult.

Outstanding client texting tools

Pros

Being able to text clients and have those messages automatically copied into the file is really useful. I also haven't run into any bugs or technical problems. Getting started didn't take long either since there are plenty of videos and articles available to walk you through it.

Cons

documents aren't immediately available to open so you have to download them first just to view them. I'd also like the case fields to be more customized based on the specific type of case and the inputs that actually apply. Another issue is that copied emails go into Notes instead of having their own separate category which makes them harder to read.

Nothing gets missed anymore

Pros

From the start, it made case management feel much more organized and teamwork a lot more efficient. The interface felt user-friendly overall and it helped me keep track of everything even on especially busy days. I really appreciated being able to manage notes and monitor daily tasks in one place since it kept important details easy to access and made sure nothing was overlooked.

Cons

At first, a few features were not completely obvious so there was a bit of a learning curve. Once I got used to the system though, it became much easier to move around. Some settings also required a few extra steps to customize and simplifying that part would make the overall experience even better.

Well-designed

Pros

The clean design and uncluttered layout make this software pleasant to work in. It's a genuinely helpful case management tool that does a lot to improve operational efficiency.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into lag when using the search bar. Also, the search function isn't always reliable and client names don't consistently appear when I look them up.

A game-changer for workflow efficiency

Pros

What I like is how user friendly the interface is. Plus having intake details, the address and the client's contact information all visible on a single screen makes my workflow much smoother.

Cons

I'd like to be notified directly when a client replies to my texts. currently their responses get routed to the case manager instead of to me, the person who sent the message which creates unnecessary confusion and slows down my follow-ups.

Documents and folders linked perfectly

Pros

My favorite thing about this platform is how it handles documents. I can link client folders on my computer straight to the client record in CasePeer without jumping through hoops. That setup means I do not have to constantly switch between places or rush to upload files the moment they arrive.

Cons

One downside I'd point out is the way RingCentral texting works with it. The software will synchronize RingCentral faxes but in my experience it does not connect RingCentral text messages to the client records which is something I wish was supported.

Confident and quick case management

Pros

Every feature makes it easy for me to work through a client's case. When I am on a call about the matter, I can respond to questions confidently and quickly.

Cons

It is frustrating that I cannot send signing documents to every client tied to the same case simultaneously. I'd also prefer if medical reports were stored directly on the medical tab for easy access.

Intuitive and effortlessly organized layout

Pros

I really like how everything is laid out so neatly here. Also it is easy to use and find what I need. The clear organization makes navigating the tool effortless and I genuinely love how smoothly it all comes together.

Cons

The main downside for me is that occasionally the platform glitches as sometimes a page will force a refresh or fail to update completely during updates which results in annoying delays.

Automates tedious document creation

Pros

Really easy to use and pretty user friendly. I rely on it to auto-generate documents that would otherwise be a real hassle to create because they need to be mailed out so often.

Cons

I have noticed it is missing a few important features. Also I'd love a much simpler way to edit document templates. I mean something more user-friendly in the app itself instead of having to tweak things by coding in Word.

Ai makes work quick and easy

Pros

The AI features are incredibly helpful as I find they make my work far easier and much quicker on my end, allowing me to get tasks completed in a timelier way.

Cons

When it would crash and fail to load pages, it really prevented me and my team from accessing the information we needed which stopped us from moving forward efficiently.
