“A game-changer for workflow efficiency
Pros
What I like is how user friendly the interface is. Plus having intake details, the address and the client's contact information all visible on a single screen makes my workflow much smoother.
Cons
I'd like to be notified directly when a client replies to my texts. currently their responses get routed to the case manager instead of to me, the person who sent the message which creates unnecessary confusion and slows down my follow-ups.

“Documents and folders linked perfectly
Pros
My favorite thing about this platform is how it handles documents. I can link client folders on my computer straight to the client record in CasePeer without jumping through hoops. That setup means I do not have to constantly switch between places or rush to upload files the moment they arrive.
Cons
One downside I'd point out is the way RingCentral texting works with it. The software will synchronize RingCentral faxes but in my experience it does not connect RingCentral text messages to the client records which is something I wish was supported.

“Confident and quick case management
Pros
Every feature makes it easy for me to work through a client's case. When I am on a call about the matter, I can respond to questions confidently and quickly.
Cons
It is frustrating that I cannot send signing documents to every client tied to the same case simultaneously. I'd also prefer if medical reports were stored directly on the medical tab for easy access.

“Intuitive and effortlessly organized layout
Pros
I really like how everything is laid out so neatly here. Also it is easy to use and find what I need. The clear organization makes navigating the tool effortless and I genuinely love how smoothly it all comes together.
Cons
The main downside for me is that occasionally the platform glitches as sometimes a page will force a refresh or fail to update completely during updates which results in annoying delays.

“Automates tedious document creation
Pros
Really easy to use and pretty user friendly. I rely on it to auto-generate documents that would otherwise be a real hassle to create because they need to be mailed out so often.
Cons
I have noticed it is missing a few important features. Also I'd love a much simpler way to edit document templates. I mean something more user-friendly in the app itself instead of having to tweak things by coding in Word.

“Ai makes work quick and easy
Pros
The AI features are incredibly helpful as I find they make my work far easier and much quicker on my end, allowing me to get tasks completed in a timelier way.
Cons
When it would crash and fail to load pages, it really prevented me and my team from accessing the information we needed which stopped us from moving forward efficiently.

“Keeps everything tidy and organized
Pros
I am finding it really easy to use and it helps me stay organized. I also enjoy being able to edit tasks and keeping everything tidy within each tab is genuinely excellent.
Cons
My main problem is that it crashes from time to time. And recently I have noticed messages take longer than they should to go out, so sending a text to a client can delay for a little while.

“Makes property claims management simple
Pros
This platform is really user-friendly, when I am managing property damage claims, all the fields I need to enter information are available, including sections for diminished value claims and I find the settlement tab particularly easy to use and quick to pull up information.
Cons
What bothers me is that notification badges for tasks and messages do not show counts as there is only a red dot and I prefer seeing how many tasks are waiting so I can tackle them without having to open the app or check elsewhere.

“A powerful tool for plaintiff work
Pros
I have found that it handles all the tasks I need for plaintiff work and when I use it to its full potential like other legal software, it turns into a really useful tool.
Cons
The calendar feature could be improved. Such as I notice delays when opening appointments and syncing reminders and Outlook links often lags, so overall I think it needs smoother performance.

“Streamlines law firm operations perfectly
Pros
8am CasePeer is an outstanding solution for law firms aiming to simplify case management and enhance everyday operations. Its user-friendly layout makes it easy to pick up and move around, even for newer employees and it brings all crucial case information together in a single, well-ordered location. Plus the system provides excellent value, great security measures and dependable features for monitoring tasks and important dates. It also enables attorneys to manage their caseloads more effectively while preventing things from slipping through the cracks which makes daily workflow noticeably smoother and more productive.
Cons
While the reporting tools are functional, they do not provide the deeper customization options some firms need and a few integrations especially with accounting software like QuickBooks can act inconsistently. But I still view 8am CasePeer as a reliable, easy to use solution that enhances productivity, encourages better teamwork and delivers strong support for law firms of all sizes.

“A perfect toolkit for lien negotiators
Pros
As a lien negotiator, I really like how simple it is to access details for medical providers and settlements. Plus being able to customize the sidebar for my workflow in CP is a huge plus. I also rely on the settlement tab to check the trust account and confirm we have received all necessary funds to close our cases. The letter generator is another fantastic feature that makes creating reduction proposals or document request cover letters so much easier.
Cons
I dont have any negatives to report as I have not run into any problems or setbacks that have impacted my work.

“Excellent for litigation and case tracking
Pros
Managing complex cases with lots of different medical providers is pretty easy with this system. It is also excellent for litigation and tracking critical deadlines.
Cons
The cost section needs improvement ad I am not a fan of the pre-set categories and the fact that you cannot create or customize your own.

“powerful organizational tool
Pros
It does a great job of organizing all our case details which really simplifies my work. I also love that I can have several windows open at once making it easy to switch between different cases quickly.
Cons
I noticed that it sometimes forces a shutdown and restart. Other times, it just logs me out without any warning which means I have to start over which is pretty annoying.

“central hub for all case information
Pros
Having all the information in one central place is my favorite part. It saves me from wasting time searching through different systems which is all I could really ask for.
Cons
Needing an administrator's approval to access some useful features is very frustrating. I believe template development should be available to all users.

“Perfect for real time office wide collaboration
Pros
It is great that everyone in our office can access the same cases and see the notes that anyone has entered.
Cons
There is no way to highlight important tasks or notes or to color-code critical items. Also I cannot add multiple claimants for a single multi-vehicle accident case.

“Incredibly user friendly for any skill level
Pros
The system is user-friendly, even for those of us who are not digital natives. Plus the tutorials are also very helpful. My staff picked it up fast and are good at sharing tips with each other.
Cons
Seeing my unfinished tasks reminds me how much work I have left but that is more about my job than the software and let me tell you that it does take a little time and creative thinking to learn how to navigate everything fully.

“The most user friendly system available!!
Pros
This is one of the most user-friendly case management systems I have used and I have tried quite a few of them over the years.
Cons
I can go back to edit tasks but I cannot edit regular notes. Sometimes I need to update or correct a note but the system does not allow that right now.

“highly customizable interface
Pros
CASEpeer interface is visually appealing and there are plenty of options to customize it to our needs.

“Learning and customizing it is easy
Pros
I find the interface very user-friendly, especially for timekeeping and tracking. It feels like they've considered every detail and smoothly integrated it into the application.
Cons
Since the platform tries to integrate every aspect of the work process from A to Z, some features could use more refinement to make them more functional and efficient.

“We love CASEpeer
Pros
Navigating through CASEpeer is incredibly simple, and everything is explained clearly. It assists in all aspects, ensuring each case is managed smoothly.
Cons
Occasionally, when I try to add an event, it doesn't immediately show up on my schedule, so I end up having to re-enter it.
