really like the clear dashboard

Pros

Case Status is a very user friendly tool and getting around the platform is easy too. The dashboard is also clean, visually clear and not cluttered which makes it pleasant to work in. It's also very useful for communicating with clients and keeping track of those interactions in one place.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost and we do run into occasional glitches from time to time. I also wish it had integration with our main case management software, CARET Legal.

Fewer client calls, better updates

Pros

Keeping immigration case statuses and workflow current has saved us from a huge number of client calls. Plus it really helps keep everyone informed without us having to constantly answer the same questions.

Cons

Honestly there was not anything to dislike about it. It's built with both the user and the client in mind and it can be customized to fit the way you need to work.
