“Worst support!”
Pros
Honestly there's not much positive to say. The software constantly requires support tickets and those usually sit untouched for at least 72 hours so if something urgent comes up, you're basically out of luck.
Cons
Pretty much everything has been a problem especially the severe lack of customer service and the ongoing feeling that customers are simply not a priority. After more than 6 years of dealing with poor service, we've finally decided to end our contract and move on. They won't provide proper support, they let complaints go unresolved for years and they just keep dropping the ball. I cannot wait to be done with this relationship.
