“I love it!
Pros
What I love most about it are the features that really help in improving the efficiency. And specifically the billing tabs, the ePreBill review process and the Microsoft add ins that help our team work seamlessly across multiple apps while staying in sync with Centerbase.
Cons
One thing I did not like is that it lacks detail on security features or the roll out of new features. Also at times these updates do not give us a clear understanding of how they'll impact our workflow.

“Has some issues
Pros
Centerbase is so easy to learn and has a lot of great features.
Cons
It can definitely be powerful but we have run into some issues. Also we have learned that it does not always work the way we expected it to. The latest update caused several problems and support hasn't been great too. As the tickets often go unanswered for days. Alnd I feel like I always have to reach out to our success manager to get anything done. Things just do not feel timely and nothing seems urgent. Also, creating reports that we need specific to our firm can be tricky and often doesn't turn out the way we want. We do not want to keep bothering support but I wish it was easier to use.

“Been using it for years and still happy
Pros
I love that I can use both the accounting and billing programs at the same time. Before that I have to make double entries into two separate systems which takes a lot of time but Centerbase has really saved us time. Plus it's made it easier for attorneys to enter time and approve prebills which helps us get invoices to clients on time.
Cons
Sometimes the system runs a bit slow especially during the monthly billing cycle. We often have to refresh or restart the program. Also it would be nice if reports on time entries were more specific and customizable as right now, it requires us to review the data in Excel which takes up extra time.

“Progress over time is impressive
Pros
My CSM is by far the biggest asset to Centerbase. He is enthusiastic, talented, engaging and always responsive whenever I contact him.
Cons
I have to be honest here. Over the past year, it has not been responsive when it comes to service and report development. The turnover has been pretty disappointing too.

“Perfect fit for small and mid-sized firms
Pros
The user interface is the best. Our attorneys able to use the system from day one. Also it is clear they have invested a lot into making this software work perfectly for law firms.
Cons
Centerbase has grown a lot and had some issues a couple of years ago, but we do not have those issues anymore. Credit goes to support as they have been excellent lately.

Pros
I really like that it is both billing and accounting software. Also the client dashboards are easy to read and really helpful.
Cons
One thing I wish for is if there was an easier way to track retainer replenishments and more automation when it comes to sending payment reminders.

Pros
We went from using 4 different systems to just one with Centerbase. It has made such a huge difference in improving our efficiency as it has everything in one place throughout a case. Also the customization is awesome and we are always adding new fields and features to make us even more productive.
Cons
At times the site runs a bit slow but it looks like they have addressed the issue because we have not noticed it much recently.

“Could not be more happier with it
Pros
It has so many things to love. No servers, the website and app are very easy to use, bill processing is fast, it can execute workflows. Overall it just has so much functionality to make our job simple.
Cons
Well I would love to see some logic improvements in the workflows, the ability to duplicate them and a Mac Admin Tool. Also I hope the support articles get updated soon so we can find answers to our questions faster and without needing to contact support.
