I like how not complicated the tool is, with little focus on the design.
Cons
I wish this tool could feel a bit more original, some elements seem directly copied from DocuSign.

“Getting better over time
Pros
RightSignature now has multi-document sending capabilities, which is a great addition. For an accounting firm, DocuSign is incredibly expensive but this service is priced correctly.
Cons
It would be nice if the default was set to the signature box (or if I could choose a default to start with), but overall, I have no actual complaints.
