“The WORST Document eSignature Software
Pros
I wouldn't even work with a company that used this software. There are zero pros.
Cons
there's not enough time in the day. It's slow, buggy, doesn't process well, doesn't download well, etc... it's a constant headache.

“User-friendly, secure, reliable
Pros
RightSignature has proven to be the best for me. It's user-friendly, secure and reliable. It has saved me time on contract execution, giving me an advantage over hand-drawn signatures online. I can easily and securely share documents with my employees across all departments. Plus, it's quite affordable considering the reliability it offers. RightSignature is a stylish way to close deals.
Cons
Everything about RightSignature has been beneficial. I haven't faced any problems so far. It has provided the best service for my small organization.

“Boosts productivity and saves time
Pros
After using it a couple of times, I found it easy to use with very small period of time required to learn it.
Cons
It is a bit pricey but I find that I save time, which often makes up for the cost compared to chasing clients for signatures.

“Disappointed!!! Has the worst customer support
Pros
I appreciate how easy it was to learn RightSignature.
Cons
I had had frustrating experiences with the customer service team. They often say they can't hear me as soon as I ask a question they don't want to help with. My account is fully paid, yet it is currently blocked and tech support acts like I don't have an account.

“Just what we needed....
Pros
RightSignature is extremely easy to use and launch. It offers a variety of digital signature options and makes it super easy for me to obtain vendor signatures and digitally sign documents myself.
Cons
I could not edit a document during the workflow so I have to start all over if I need to make changes. The extra step at login could also be simplified.

“Unreliable... Have been cut off from service without prior warning.
Pros
The pricing under my old contract was attractive, although the workflow is quite basic.
Cons
There seems to be no investment in the product anymore, and the service has been unreliable. I've been cut off from service without warning, and the UI feels weak. Automation is poor and sequencing signatures can be difficult.

“Compatible with multiple devices
Pros
As a user of Citrix RightSignature, I find the software to be a useful tool for document signing and management. It has several features that make it a great choice for businesses looking for a streamlined signing process. Its ease of use and compatibility with a wide range of devices are major pros. The software is easy and user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to use. It works seamlessly on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, so I can sign documents from anywhere. And customizable branding is a helpful feature for maintaining a professional image.
Cons
One downside of Citrix RightSignature is its cost. The pricing plans are higher compared to other similar software options on the market, and the number of documents I can sign varies depending on the plan.

“Has it's pros but the price is quite high
Pros
The most important pro of RightSignature for me is its cross-platform functionality; it captures digital signatures on all devices, including mobile. It also provides document management tools like workflow management and template design for professional documents.
Cons
The main con for me is that the UI flow can be complicated and time-consuming to navigate, especially for newbies. Over time the cost has become much higher than its competitors.

“Great for signing documents
Pros
Getting clients to sign documents is very easy now. Instead of having them come into the office or print and scan at home, I can send documents via email, and they just need to click a couple of buttons.
Cons
The multi-signing feature could be improved. It requires signatures to be completed in order, which can lead to confusion if the second signer opens it first.

“RightSignature is user friendly
Pros
Sharing documents with clients has become faster with RightSignature since there's no need to print and manually sign them first. The bulk signing feature is also easy to use.
Cons
Customer service could definitely be better. I have experienced delayed responses from the team when facing issues.

“Overpriced for the features offered
Pros
It used to be a 360-degree facility offering everything I needed for a reasonable fee.
Cons
The service has become overpriced and less efficient. Key features have been removed, and customer service is volatile. I switched to a cheaper, more functional alternative that I use daily with much satisfaction.

“Works fine for us!!
Pros
There are aspects I like, such as how documents are uploaded and prepared, saving me time. I can design templates to fit my content or document type and save them. Clients automatically receive a copy of the document, so I don't have to send it. This solution is secure and safe to use.
Cons
I find some aspects complicated and my clients dont like it. The navigation often causes more inconvenience than help. It is expensive and Im dissatisfied with the level of communication from customer service.

“Everything is simple and easy to do
Pros
I love how simple it is to upload documents and request signatures from clients with this application. It has been especially handy during the pandemic.
Cons
I have had difficulty adding two signers to a document, as it defaults to putting the first signer on everything. This might just be user error on my part.
