CMS Credit Suite Features
Custom Commercial Scoring
This allows users complete control over how customer risk is measured and weighted. Organizations can define unlimited scorecards using internal non-financial data, external ratings, and predictive models. This capability allows the resulting score to be accurately translated into an internal rating, which drives credit limit recommendations.
Approval Management Workflow
The system guides credit analysts through the entire approval process, enabling the delegation of credit decision-making for a majority of customers. It enforces the company’s documented methodology, ensuring consistency in setting appropriate credit limits and terms.
Rules-Based Collections
This functionality increases collector efficiency and improves corporate cash flow through an enforced, rules-based workflow. Users can define collection strategies to prioritize which accounts receive immediate attention, ensuring consistent adherence to policy. The collector's dashboard displays a prioritized work list along with recommended daily actions.
In-Depth Financial Analysis
Users are provided with specialized tools for comprehensive financial analysis of counterparties. This includes essential functions like tracking year-to-year comparisons of financial health. Additionally, the platform supports multi-statement view and entry, and allows for user-defined ratio calculation and proprietary scoring.
Query Builder
The platform delivers robust database reporting tools for managing the accounts receivable portfolio, providing key statistics like days of sales outstanding. Users rely on the efficient, user-created dashboard to view custom KPIs, alerts, and workflows.

“reliable dashboard for collections”
Pros
The collection monitoring works really well and the dashboard is user friendly and consistently up to date. It helps improve cash flow by keeping the collection workflow organized and properly managed.
Cons
Being cloud based can initially make it feel a bit risky. However I haven't run into any security problems so far. Security should still remain a top priority with close attention paid to potential hacking threats. Better data backup options would also be a valuable improvement.
