“Making changes is easy

Pros

The ability to make changes swiftly when needed is a huge plus. It's convenient to have such a flexible system where I can update or adjust information on the spot without any hassle, ensuring everything stays current and accurate.

Cons

The only drawback I've encountered is when I'm searching for a client's file, it won't search for similar entries. If the name is unique, it can take a while to find it.

Pros

Navigating through the system is incredibly simple, and finding all the essential details about the client is quick and easy. The layout is designed in a way that allows me to easily locate the information I need without any unnecessary steps.

Cons

The Intake Tab doesn't provide enough information, so I've had to rely on other sources.

“Excellent software coupled with exceptional support

Pros

It's incredibly easy to use and can generate highly useful reports.

Cons

There's nothing that stands out as something I don't enjoy. I can't think of anything to improve right now. Whenever there's an issue, we talk to our representative and it gets resolved.

Pros

The interface gathers everything regarding pre-suit information, contact details, statute dates, notes, and more, all on a single screen.

Cons

We weren't able to do any online editing of Word documents.
