Customizable case dashboard

Pros

I really appreciate how I can tailor the case dashboard to suit our organization's needs. Everything I require is easily accessible, and I don't have to sift through multiple folders to find information.

Cons

The template generator could use some improvements, but honestly, it's not a big issue for me.

Promising Idea but poorly executed

Pros

What I like is that when I post within a case, it automatically shows up in the general chat as well, making it convenient.

Cons

I feel like the product is kind of complicated and not the easiest to navigate. It would definitely benefit from some streamlining.

User-centric design

Pros

I must admit, CoCounselor is extremely user-friendly, making it very easy to work with on a daily basis. The way it's designed allows me to easily find my way around the system without needing much guidance or struggling to learn how to use its features.

Cons

The integration with other platforms like Zipwhip has been excellent. The software is very simple, and I quickly learned how to use its features. The layout is structured, concise, and easy to follow.

Cons

So far, my colleagues and I haven't faced any major complaints. Whenever we run into technical issues, we just contact our representative, and they handle it promptly.

Pros

I enjoy the auto-fill form letters, as well as the ability to send notifications and assign tasks to other users.

Cons

Improving day by day

Pros

What I find most valuable about this software is how it helps keep track of everything related to our client's cases. We can draft custom templates in no time, including intake forms, demand letters, and even complaints. It's made me much more efficient. I also like how it captures data, helping to maximize profits on each case. It's incredibly easy to find the information needed, and the entire team can stay informed on every aspect of a case with ease.

Cons

The only thing I'd like to see added to this software is making the case list tabs more customizable, especially for each paralegal.

Pros

You can customize the product to match your business requirements, and the support team is responsive.

Cons

Navigating through to the detail screens can be a bit time consuming. Also, when entering or changing information, it doesn't always save my work. It could benefit from better integration with accounting in the back office.

Pros

Pros

It is very easy to use the program, and it it integrates with messenger functions. Plus, I can log calls with clients so that my staff can remind them that I've already addressed certain concerns if they call repeatedly.

Cons

There's a bit of a difficulty when it comes to finding specific features, like the settlement calculator.

Pros

The combination of accessibility and thoughtful design makes it not only efficient but also a pleasure to use on a daily basis.

Cons

I am not entirely sure what I like the least because I mostly stick to the features I enjoy. If I had to pick, I'd say the mobile app is the weakest point�it doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like.

Has its pros and cons

Pros

I can check the status of a client with just a click. When clients call, I can instantly pull up their information and assist them right away.

Cons

We haven't been able to download all client files into CoCounselor. It would be really convenient to have everything centralized. Plus, some of the reports we find most useful are not available.

Pros

I really admire that all case file details are kept in one place, allowing anyone to quickly pick up and understand the case's status.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how I have to reload the page every time I want to generate a template in order to access the file.
