New hires ramp up faster

Pros

Getting new hires up to speed has been much easier with this software and that matters a lot in a collections agency where turnover can be high. We put every new employee through a two-week training program before they start making calls. Before we moved to this software most of that time was spent just teaching them how to use the system which only left enough room to cover FDCPA, FTC and other state regulations with very little time left for actual collections techniques. After switching to this we've been able to use much more of that training period on collection strategies, role playing and making sure new hires feel prepared, confident and comfortable on the phone so they can be successful.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints since moving to this platform. The only thing worth mentioning is that instead of having a 24/7 help line to call support is handled through submitting an online ticket. We haven't run into anything that needed immediate assistance since making the switch.

terrible support

Pros

Since I already know the program well it still feels like one of the best options to use.

Cons

The problem is that the customer support is really poor. There are no live reps and getting a reply by email takes forever. It feels like they take your money and then send you somewhere else to pay even more just to keep using the program. That experience has been awful and I'd much rather recommend a web based program that has live representatives and actually invests not only in the software but in customer support too.

User friendly and Automated

Pros

While using this product at Creditors Recovery Group LLC it has been very user friendly. It does what it's supposed to do the automation works well and it's simple to use.
