It features robust search capabilities, a shuffle system that prioritizes working on old accounts first, and virtual queues. Moreover, it enables agents to process payments, send email templates, and schedule letters from a single screen.
This web-based module allows debtors to make payments online 24/7. The portal features a responsive design optimized for mobile devices and provides real-time balance updates. It automatically notifies the debtor's account, sends receipts, and can update the debtor's contact information.
Collections MAX automates all credit card processing for USA ePay, Authorize.Net, and NMI gateways. It processes post-dated payments automatically and intelligently handles declined payments by rescheduling them and notifying the debtor via email.
