Collections MAX Features
Administrator
This module serves as the central control panel for the entire system. It allows managers to process payments, manage collector assignments, and generate over 35 detailed reports. This feature also controls system-wide automation rules, permissions, and client-facing reports.
Collector
The software provides the interface for debt collectors to work on accounts. It features robust search capabilities, a shuffle system that prioritizes working on old accounts first, and virtual queues. Moreover, it enables agents to process payments, send email templates, and schedule letters from a single screen.
Payment Portal
This web-based module allows debtors to make payments online 24/7. The portal features a responsive design optimized for mobile devices and provides real-time balance updates. It automatically notifies the debtor's account, sends receipts, and can update the debtor's contact information.
Payment Runner
Collections MAX automates all credit card processing for USA ePay, Authorize.Net, and NMI gateways. It processes post-dated payments automatically and intelligently handles declined payments by rescheduling them and notifying the debtor via email.

“New hires ramp up faster”
Pros
Getting new hires up to speed has been much easier with this software and that matters a lot in a collections agency where turnover can be high. We put every new employee through a two-week training program before they start making calls. Before we moved to this software most of that time was spent just teaching them how to use the system which only left enough room to cover FDCPA, FTC and other state regulations with very little time left for actual collections techniques. After switching to this we've been able to use much more of that training period on collection strategies, role playing and making sure new hires feel prepared, confident and comfortable on the phone so they can be successful.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints since moving to this platform. The only thing worth mentioning is that instead of having a 24/7 help line to call support is handled through submitting an online ticket. We haven't run into anything that needed immediate assistance since making the switch.
