fast setup with no training

Pros

The software is fast and simple and it required no prior training for me to get started.

Cons

What frustrates me is that while I'm editing a document and lose my internet connection, the edits don't get saved, forcing me to redo everything I intended to change from scratch. It's particularly maddening when I'm creating a document from zero because the entire draft vanishes. It's happened to me twice already which is really upsetting. I know there's a save button but sometimes I don't want to commit edits to the main document yet. It would be fantastic if the platform could remember my unsaved edits so I could come back and continue the edit after reconnecting to the internet.

Having stakeholders sign contracts online saves me time and I get notifications as soon as everything is completed.

I've found that when I preset signatures, the other party can't sign until the first designated signer completes their signature.

Reporting tools let me keep every file congreatated in one location and it's something I genuinely appreciate for staying organized.

Cons

The "In Box" functionality is really frustrating because it doesn't behave like a standard inbox. Whenever I move files into the shared folder, they still remain in the "In Box" which I find unnecessary and cluttering. When I want to locate a document, I rely on the search tool rather than browsing the inbox so I'd really like this behavior to be revised.

Setting this up and transitioning it from one academic year to the next was surprisingly easy for our team. It has completely simplified how we handle our yearly Employment Agreements along with other documents that need signatures from faculty and staff. The administrative team behind the product has been quick to respond and really knows the software inside out. I also found their pricing fit perfectly within our budget.

We really appreciate having all of our documents congreatated into a single system where we can set clear access controls to decide who sees what, that feature has been incredibly useful for us. Having our files accessible through the web and neatly sorted by department and by user has cut down on a huge amount of time and effort. The interface is easy to navigate and whenever we need help the support staff respond promptly. They also run weekly webinars that keep customers up to date and give detailed walkthroughs of important product capabilities.

Cons

It's not something I'd call a real drawback but I'd really like to see a drag-and-drop field for dates and initials added to the system so signing workflows become even simpler.
