When I send a document to my boss for signature it becomes locked so I can't edit it which forces me to do everything in his review, then make the wedding changes and send him the invitation to sign at the very last minute which is really annoying and inconvenient

For me it's really convenient for handling contracts so it's a useful tool to keep around.
Cons
it's great that every change is shown and that's generally okay but I can't easily hide formatting tweaks and minor edits that don't concern me so the comments I care about are buried among them. On a twenty-page document, it becomes overwhelming to wade through all that clutter to locate the key points.

we have to manually update a contract's term whenever it automatically renews and that's tough. For example if a one-year contract moves into its second year via auto-renew in this system I stop getting email reminders that it's coming up for renewal.
