When I reached out to Customer Technical Support the representative provided truly excellent service. They spoke clear, understandable English, really listened to understand my issue and thoughtfully addressed every one of my questions without rushing. It was professional, patient and effective.

As a project developer I find it really simple to locate specific contracts and even drill down to individual sections within those contracts quickly and easily. Having that precise, searchable access saves me valuable time and makes sure I'm always working with the most current and relevant terms which keeps projects moving forward smoothly.

I've found very few issues overall. Signing in was tricky at first but they've already resolved that problem.

When I send a document to my boss for signature it becomes locked so I can't edit it which forces me to do everything in his review, then make the wedding changes and send him the invitation to sign at the very last minute which is really annoying and inconvenient

For me it's really convenient for handling contracts so it's a useful tool to keep around.

it's great that every change is shown and that's generally okay but I can't easily hide formatting tweaks and minor edits that don't concern me so the comments I care about are buried among them. On a twenty-page document, it becomes overwhelming to wade through all that clutter to locate the key points.

What I appreciate is being able to set up a template that I can reuse without having to make a separate copy for each new contract.

I find it frustrating that I can't create folders to organize and save my contracts by category which would make managing them a lot easier.

we have to manually update a contract's term whenever it automatically renews and that's tough. For example if a one-year contract moves into its second year via auto-renew in this system I stop getting email reminders that it's coming up for renewal.
