Pros

Handling document signing, contract management and secure storage is simple and I find it supports multiple users easily.

Cons

Pros

The tool offers great value and I find its features cover our requirements at a very reasonable cost.

Cons

We wish the software included a built-in spell checker so that whenever we're filling out agreement templates and inputting information into the fillable fields, any typos would be flagged for us automatically.

User-friendly platform with excellent support

Pros

Many of the tool's capabilities are user-friendly and I appreciate the familiar layout, AI integration for summarizing legal papers and proactive customer success support that gives me confidence in using it broadly.

Cons

Although the tool's features are excellent when they operate properly, I've seen that some built-in components behave strangely or fail to fulfill their intended roles, occasionally making the product harder to use rather than easier. Customer support is extremely responsive and the development team patches bugs relatively quickly but I still encounter features that are finicky, hinder comprehensive tracking of information, or simply don't address as wide a range of needs as they should. Over the past year there have been improvements and I can tell progress is being made, yet there remain areas of the software where usability is inconsistent and functionality feels incomplete. For example, a few workflow elements require extra steps that interrupt our process which forces me to build workarounds.

What I appreciated most was how simple it was to move around the system and I felt reassured that our customers' information stayed well protected. It also gave me peace of mind by flagging discrepancies when signatures were uploaded.

Cons

Sometimes the process felt tedious especially when I was hunting for old customer contracts or documents that I needed to reference because they were relevant to signing new agreements.

Reliable version control for collaboration

Pros

One thing I really like is the version control it provides when collaborating with a wide range of content contributors.

Cons

Not fond of the linear, one-at-a-time approval process. I would much rather see a more flexible system that enables concurrent review and approvals from multiple people.

smooth onboarding

Pros

We've been using this app for only four months. To begin with, I'm impressed by the onboarding. A dedicated representative is assigned, we can reach them easily, they guide you through getting comfortable with the platform, let you progress at your own pace and track down answers to questions they don't immediately have. I also appreciate how simple it is. Overall, the interface is very easy to use and user-friendly.

Cons

Geeat tool but I can think of several features that would improve things. For instance, while I can add custom fields, the software lacks a way to display or maintain a persistent list of those added fields. That means I'm forced to type each field name every single time and keep track in my head which fields I created and what I named them. Another limitation I run into is that commas are not permitted in folder titles or in the names of third-party entities which can be restrictive.
