“configurable with messaging integration
Pros
It's extremely configurable and great and I find the admin side user-friendly while the messaging integration and automatic data pulling work reliably.
Cons
As a user my main frustrations include the removal of features we actively use without a way to retain them, a toolbar design that feels clunky, slow responses and long wait times for enhancement requests, plus frequent account representative turnover and poor communication.

The app is really simple to use and easy to set up and I notice the frequent updates keep adding helpful features.
Cons
reporting tools could use more flexibility and a simpler interface to be truly useful, I can see they're being improved but I still think they have room to get better.

Pros
This app serves as an excellent solution for storing and monitoring contracts throughout their lifecycle and I appreciate being able to set up automatic status transitions with Flow and Workflow.
Cons
Reporting covers all fields but I'd love it if Flow reports didn't require purchasing an extra add-on, I really miss the old Analytics interface although I've heard that BI Intelligence could be a great alternative worth considering.

Pros
Tweaking workflows whenever necessary gives me great flexibility and I find I can adapt flows to changing needs effortlessly.
Cons
A big limitation I notice is the absence of record-level security and I also struggle with not being able to let users share individual documents easily.

WYSIWYG editor allows multiple people to edit a document at once and I find their support team responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
Over the past few years I've found the number of problems overwhelming. The company and product name have been changed three times in under three years and every rebrand seems to bring features being removed or added without any meaningful heads-up. On more than one occasion I've had entire documents vanish with no explanation only to see them reappear later. That unpredictable behavior makes it hard for me to enjoy this tool because I'm always expecting something to break or go missing at some point.

Pros
nothing positive to mention here I've noticed is the accidental renewal issue and I found the lack of a full refund frustrating despite not having used the service.
Cons
I'm stunned by how they handle customer service. They take a 'we've got your money, you should've read the terms' attitude. Warning: once they hold your payment it's final and they refuse refunds or help.

Text and speech interfaces make interacting with the system natural and I really appreciate the pre-approved contract templates that let me complete agreements quickly.
Cons

Visualizing contracts with hierarchy in mind saves me a huge amount of time and I find the simple layouts and customization options genuinely user-friendly.
Cons
In my experience there's definitely a learning curve for newcomers and you really have to adopt the whole tool suite to get the full value from the product but with patience and by tapping into their support and resources, it becomes manageable.

I really appreciate the wide selection of predesigned templates, it's highly efficient and very easy to use. For managing client contracts it's excellent and I find the interface fast and easy to understand.
Cons
We find it struggles with handling large volumes of contracts but we have faith updates will arrive to fix this issue, we really love this platform.

For me being able to pull data from Salesforce to auto-populate forms and pick the correct form is excellent.
Cons
it can be somewhat tough to get the formatting exactly right because I think there's no way to preview how it will appear without actually running it inside Salesforce.

I've found that it automates several steps across the contract lifecycle, easing the pressure on our resources compared to moving agreements through a fully manual workflow. Beyond that, I can monitor projects and budgets and set up automated alerts that trigger based on criteria we define for the business.
Cons
What I find tricky is that sending documents for electronic signatures requires a separate license which adds complexity to the workflow. The platform does include a Sign option but it's actually an app designed for a different sales system so it doesn't feel native to our setup.

We rely on this tool to manage the full lifecycle of our loan deals inside Salesforce, from application and credit approval all the way through contracting and payouts. It's taken away the delays we used to get from missed emails or the tedious, line-by-line comparisons of two Word documents when our credit team approves loans. And once a contract is finalized, sending it for signature is as simple as a single click.
Cons
documentation is inadequate, there's some guidance but many of the tool's more powerful capabilities are essentially left for me to uncover through trial and error and self-discovery.
