flexible & configurable system

Pros

What I really love is how flexible and configurable this tool is, we can quickly and effortlessly tweak the system to fit our constantly shifting business requirements.

Cons

I often wish the pace of system updates was faster. Our customers frequently point out enhancements that would boost the product's usefulness and functionality but the tool's process for deciding whether to adopt those requests usually takes quite a long time.

Better contract generation than DIY tools

Pros

Using it I found it an excellent way to generate contracts for my clients, far superior to the simple, DIY tools I used before.

Cons

Although there was a noticeable learning curve, I still struggled with copying and reliably reproducing documents but ultimately it genuinely made my workflow much easier.

Reliable Salesforce template integration

Pros

In my setup I have it integrated with Salesforce and it performs reliably. It's extremely easy to upload templates into Salesforce using this.

Cons

I do notice that some competitors offer more sophisticated template-building tools and additional features but I still think this provides great value.

custom temporary member cards

Pros

We can create temporary member cards with custom details on each one using this tool. That capability has reduced a lot of stress for our team especially since regular member cards usually take around two weeks to be delivered.

Cons

Lately I've noticed pages can be slow to load and it's harder to find things ever since we've switched to Box. Before moving to Box, everything was much quicker and easy.

Poor support & slow licensing

Pros

Once I get everything set up, it's really easy to use. It's simple for me to enable licenses for my users. The documents consistently look professional.

Cons

I've been really disappointed with the support and sales teams, they don't meet my expectations. It's incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone and when I need an extra license, getting it activated feels like pulling teeth every single time.

helpful templates & guided setup

Pros

This app has a really great set of tools that guide users through setting up accounts and placing orders and I've found that guidance very helpful. Templates are particularly handy and save me a ton of time.

Cons

To be frank, the wizards for creating accounts and orders still feel somewhat clunky and complicated to navigate which slows me down. I would like them to trim the number of required fields the workflow forces you to fill in for orders so the process is quicker.

Boosts legal productivity with integrations

Pros

Our legal department's productivity has noticeably increased because agreements and opportunities are integrated. We really appreciate the X-Author plugin for Word and the deep Salesforce.com integration. It keeps every SFDC object smoothly synchronized so when primary quotes change, opportunity records update automatically as well. We also value the Avalara connection for sales tax and the DocuSign integration for electronic signatures. Overall these integrations align workflows and save our team a lot of manual effort daily.

Cons

Generating documents feels like it takes forever which is frustrating in today's instant-demand digital world. Still, the quality of the output usually justifies the wait. I'm bothered that the Guide is outdated, it lacks sufficient best-practice guidance and should be expanded with more detailed, practical information. An updated manual with clearer examples and recommendations would make the whole experience much smoother for users like me.

Parent feature & search limitations

Pros

it keeps all my key contracts in one central place and I really love how smooth the approval and signature workflow is.

Cons

One frustrating limitation I've experienced is that reproducing contracts via the parent feature is difficult and the search functionality feels underpowered.

convenient and easy to use tool

I really like how easy and easy it is to use.

Cons

For me there are features we simply don't take advantage of because there are so many competing options which is more about our internal choices than the product itself, better account management and guidance would help us leverage more of the platform's features.
