We really appreciated how flexible it was when we adjusted the contract review workflow to suit the unique needs and approval hierarchies of different departments. Instead of a one-size-fits-all process the platform allowed us to tailor stages, stakeholders, and rules for legal, procurement, sales, and more.. making compliance and collaboration feel smooth rather than forced.
Cons
Learning the system's full feature set was challenging and I found it took a while to understand everything it offers.

Pros
We've found this tool to be an indispensable part of our team. Its user-friendly layout and all-in-one contract management capabilities have helped us simplify contract workflows and free up time. Being able to track and archive agreements, build templates and handle sales contracts has been especially useful.
Cons
The cost can be steep for smaller companies and I find the search feature could be improved to locate contracts more quickly and efficiently.

This contract management solution was relatively quick to roll out with a simple setup that didn�t slow us down. What I find especially helpful is its deep Salesforce integration as it syncs data smoothly, keeps records aligned and turns contracts into a natural extension of our CRM workflow rather than a separate, siloed process.
Cons
For me although the bundled templates are a useful way to see what the contract management platform can do I struggled to modify them to match our business needs. The system's high degree of flexibility and very detailed configuration options can also be overwhelming for new users.

Pros
Producing and finalizing contracts with clients is noticeably efficient. Templates, clauses and approvals are all managed in one place. I've found it really speeds up the overall workflow, cutting down what used to take days or weeks into a much smoother, faster process that keeps deals moving and reduces administrative lag.
Cons
I find that tweaking and personalizing documents takes quite a bit of time and ends up feeling pretty manual.

Pros
What I appreciate most is that resends are completely free with no hidden costs or limits when follow-ups are needed. I also found integrating with Salesforce to be truly effortless.... it connects pretty easily, syncing data and activity was simple without any complicated setup or ongoing maintenance. That combination of flexibility and ease makes it a reliable part of our workflow.

I've seen it massively speed up processes for requesting, approving, negotiating, executing, storing and tracking agreements and I notice what used to take a week now often takes just a day or two.
Cons
It's not really a drawback but I've noticed the system doesn't automatically integrate with other platforms or repositories. That said the product provides an API and integration add-ons that easily resolve this limitation.

My team and I find it incredibly easy to generate contracts, tailor them and oversee the entire process. What really stands out for us is the redlining feature, it detects edits even if the client or user has Word's track changes turned off. Contracts still pick up every single modification and honestly, that's been a lifesaver for us!
Cons
I'd love to see the platform's capabilities expanded. I know that with Orchestrate you can create additional automation by coding and it would be fantastic if those automation features could be packaged together with the main product.
