Contentverse Features

Workflow tools assign tasks, set deadlines, and pass documents to the next reviewer automatically. Conditional steps and notifications reduce stalls and errors. Managers monitor status with reports and dashboards, keeping approvals consistent, auditable, and on schedule without relying on email chains or manual handoffs across teams. Configurable rules keep the process align with policy.

See How It Works

Indexing captures text from Office files and scanned images using optical character recognition. Advanced filters, saved queries, and fielded search narrow large repositories to the right record fast. These Contentverse features cut retrieval time during audits, customer inquiries, month-end checks, and internal investigations. Teams respond faster with confidence.

See How It Works

Retention schedules apply policies across folders and document classes. Legal hold, disposition, and detailed audit logs preserve evidence while minimizing unnecessary storage. Administrators set permissions and actions centrally, so regulated teams maintain defensible records without spreadsheets, ad hoc cleanup, or operational shortcuts. Consistent rules reduce compliance risk.

See How It Works

Each save can create a new version with comments, while earlier iterations remain accessible as policy allows. A complete audit trail records views, edits, and signature events. Together, these controls support accountability, simplify investigations, and clarify exactly who changed what, when, and why. Reviews move faster without guesswork.

See How It Works

Built-in e-signature enables internal acknowledgments and external signoffs inside workflows. Integration with Microsoft Office and Outlook allows editing and saving without leaving familiar tools. Teams finalize documents faster while keeping a consistent, traceable record from draft to approval across devices. Less context switching, fewer delays.
