“easy client portal solution
Pros
I really appreciate how this tool brings together client contracts, messaging and project management in one spot. The support team responds quickly and always offers useful workarounds when I run into issues. Too many platforms in this space try to be everything to everyone and end up losing focus, but this CRM knows exactly what it's designed for and keeps getting better at those core functions.
Cons
I wish there was a better billing setup, like being able to create payment links that customers have to complete before they can even log into their accounts.

“simple yet powerful design tool
Pros
Presentation of the interface looks amazing to me and working on it feel effortless and enjoyable. I also like that it integrates smoothly with other apps, which opens up so many possibilities. The recent updates added a ton of new features and it feels like the ways I can use it just keep growing.
Cons
Sometimes I find myself working around limitations and trying to make features stretch beyond what they're naturally designed for. The third party integrations definitely help bridge those gaps though and they're constantly rolling out updates with new functionality.

“smooth client portal experience
Pros
Integration capabilities are fantastic, you can connect so many different apps to the portal and the interface stays clean and simple throughout. When I was comparing three platforms during our trial period, this one clearly stood out from the competition. What I really needed was something easy for clients to navigate, simple for my team to manage on the backend and flexible enough to handle our order forms easily. This platform delivered on all fronts. It packed in more features and integrations than the alternatives without making things feel cluttered or confusing. We were able to integrate our existing Jotform order system without any issue and now it's perfectly accessible within the client portal. Even though we're still learning all the ins and outs, I'm confident this will be the easiest platform to train my team on and definitely the right choice for our workflow.
Cons
Main thing I'd change is having a completely customizable order form built right into the portal, that would be incredibly helpful for our team. Also, more integrations would be nice as they continue expanding those options. I've thought about whether a dedicated app for team members (separate from clients) might be useful but honestly I don't think it's essential right now and could just create more bugs or complications. Bookmarking it on my home screen has worked perfectly fine and is super easy to access.

Pros
The evolving platform creates a perfect hub for customers. As a user, I find the portal simple, well branded and highly accessible. From an operator's perspective, it's customizable, flexible, reliable and comes with excellent support. Between Zapier integration and built in automation, this solution really delivers for customer support needs.
Cons
I can't use my own payment processor, also I am stuck with Stripe Express and all its restrictions.

Design really stands out to me as the best feature. This platform is simple and user friendly, giving you everything needed to build a successful business portal. Setting up my subdomain was surprisingly easy. I did run into some confusion with DNS records for email domain setup but customer support was fantastic in walking me through it. I've already recommended this to several clients and one is ready to move forward. The way it integrates with other apps works easily. I'm confident I'll be using this regularly for both my business and client projects.
Cons

Flexibility of this platform is impressive while still remaining user friendly. The simple integration with our current online presence has been fantastic and we can implement everything we need without any coding knowledge. Pros
Being able to select which type of applications are accessible to my clients and build custom pages that fit my specific requirements is really good. The customer facing interface feels customized to my business, instead of having to tell clients to skip irrelevant sections, I can simply remove them and include only what's necessary.
Cons
The task section could be more interactive, I'd love to use it as a client request system for documents and other items. Hopefully this gets expanded down the road but I'm making do with workarounds by combining tasks and forms for now.

Program and support team are absolutely fantastic. I was able to set up a trial and meet with a sales rep before making any purchase decision. This tool is incredibly user friendly while still being easy and powerful. The native apps work easily, especially when you already have PDF documents for your business. Their top tier plan includes HIPAA compliance at a very competitive price point. Whenever I've had setup questions, someone has gotten back to me within an hour almost every time!
Cons
Customization options could be better, I can rename apps in the menu (like changing "forms" to "Onboarding") but those same titles don't carry over to the client home screen which creates confusion for my clients. Also, theres no way to duplicate forms or contracts when you need something similar with just a different title, so I end up rebuilding from scratch.

Interface is incredibly simple and getting up and running was really simple for me. What really stands out is how user friendly everything feels, plus there are some fantastic add on apps you can integrate easily. The features genuinely make my workflow smoother.
Cons
Only real downsides I've noticed are some missing features that would be nice to have. I wish there were custom fields available in the task app and it could use more built in automations, like automatically creating tasks when new users get added. These might just be specific to how we use it though, so not necessarily major issues with the platform itself.

I really value the outstanding customer support and having a central place where my team can come together while staying on top of our company and client progress.
Cons
The payment setup is pretty limiting for me since there's just one option available. I would really appreciate seeing multiple payment gateways or the ability to connect our own, especially for those of us in specialty industries. Stripe doesn't work well for everyone and I think this is where the platform really falls short.

Cons

I love how this platform gives me a client portal where managing tons of clients becomes so much easier. Being able to text them directly through the system instead of relying on email is a game changer. Plus, finding a portal with such a clean, polished design was tough until I discovered this tool.
Cons
