“intuitive and simple interface
Pros
I find the interface really simple and exporting data to Excel is simple, something I do regularly to create custom reports for attorneys and clients. My experience with this software goes back to 2012 when our firm switched from Legal Insight. Working with Mike and Maureen was fantastic, they genuinely listened to our feedback and suggestions. The functionality was miles ahead of what we had before. When I moved to my current firm, they were using Juris and I really missed the advanced features this platform offered. I pushed for the switch and while the team was initially hesitant about the learning curve (some had been on Juris for 15+ years), they quickly saw how much more efficient it made their work. There's always room for growth but overall we're very satisfied with the user friendly design and great capabilities.
Cons
Attachment size gets compressed by around 60% when I export expenses for ebilling or add them to invoices. If the original receipt was already small, it becomes nearly impossible to read the tiny image that it provides.

“Excellent features for our team!
Pros
I work as a records clerk and use this software every day. The interconnected organizational features have been really helpful for my workflow. Most of my time is spent doing conflict checks to generate matter numbers, then going into those numbers to edit info or close them out. Haven't run into any problems with this process and I really appreciate how changes made in one menu automatically update across all related areas. It's a huge time saver and pretty easy to figure out. When I've had to train colleagues on using it for records management, I've noticed it's much easier to explain and get people up to speed compared to other similar programs we've used.
Cons
PDF generation for conflict checks is unreliable for me, the system claims it emails reports but often doesn't actually send them. I end up having to copy and paste instead which some colleagues prefer less for filing purposes. It's caused some minor pushback, though overall I'd still recommend the platform.

“Simple and Easy UI
Pros
The interface is pretty easy and user friendly. I really appreciate the webinars they provide, they help me discover features I might have overlooked. The updated web version makes connecting with other applications much simpler. Whenever I need help, customer support gets back to me quickly.
Cons
Document upload process feels unnecessarily complicated with too many steps. I'm really hoping for a desktop version since I'm used to working with desktop applications, maybe that's just my preference showing.

“Amazing reporting features
Pros
I really appreciate how easy the reporting features are and find myself easily moving around the interface without any confusion.
Cons
I'm frustrated that split billing and multipayors aren't available since they dropped that module in beta and never finished it.
