Perfect for solo practitioners

Pros

It really simplifies the whole process for case management. If you spend a bit of time getting familiar with it, you can have all your information right on your devices. Plus the team provides the best customer service I have come across. They are quick to respond, offer tutorials and even provide one on one training. The best thing is that the one who assists me is also an advocate, so he really understands my needs and is great for colleague to colleague conversations.

Cons

Some features are difficult to use so I had to take some tutorials in order to understand them better.

Pros

It has so many great features such as support, efficiency, customer service and ability to customize all are the best. Overall I like it and I highly recommend this product.

Cons

I am having a bit of trouble figuring out how to set up the workflow but that's on me. The Dibcase team has been awesome in offering their help.

User-friendly with smooth workflow

Pros

I'm really impressed by how user-friendly it is as everything feels simple right from the start. The affordable pricing is a huge plus making it accessible without sacrificing quality. And the smooth workflow throughout the software ties it all together creating an experience thats both efficient and pleasant to use every day. It's a combination that genuinely stands out.

Cons

If it had a built-in e-signature feature it would be great but I manage by using external tools as a workaround.

Quickest document generation

Pros

The software was easy to pick up and operate. Plus I find the document generation feature to be the quickest and simplest I've ever come across among all the programs I've tested or used. Pricing is also reasonable for small firm's budget while still including the key features you'd expect from enterprise-level case management products used by big law firms across the country. So yes I strongly recommend it to any firm wanting to streamline their case management workflow.

Cons

I have not come across many issues with the software that need fixing. One improvement that would make it even more appealing for firms handling several legal specialties is adding integrations for additional practice areas.

customizable templates with excellent support

Pros

I love that I can design my own templates and pull up specific forms, letters and documents with one click. It gives me a constant, immediate view of my active client count which is very useful. I can also personalize everything with my company logo and adjust documents to match our branding. The program imports well with OHO and my existing spreadsheets, saving me time. I can even export various reports whenever needed. Connecting to DropBox and Google Drive was easy and streamlined my file storage. Plus their customer service is outstanding as I've never experienced such attentive support. As a wanna-be techie who often messes things up, the representative has been patient and responsive, helping me directly, even at odd hours. He ensures I understand any issues and shows me how to use features on my own. Finally the cost sealed the deal.

Cons

Figuring out how to navigate and make full use of all the features takes quite a bit of time but is that truly a downside? I realize that learning curves come with any new program you decide to adopt.

automatic appeal deadlines with dropbox

Pros

One feature I really like is the system's ability to set deadlines based on the denial date. It then automatically calculates the appeal deadline so I never miss a cutoff. I also love how the Dropbox integration creates a dedicated folder for each client that I can open from inside the program. The message board and sticky notes are nice extras.

Cons

No real problems to share yet but I'd like the option to upload medical records and other documents straight into a client's profile instead of relying on Dropbox.

User-friendly with excellent support

Pros

What I love most is how user-friendly it is and the support team is excellent.

Cons

Honestly nothing major comes to mind. But if I had to nitpick, I'd mention that emails don't get routed back into it as they only wind up in my personal inbox which is inconvenient.

outstanding features and scalable

Pros

Where do I begin?! The features are outstanding. With just a couple of clicks I can generate an entire batch of documents instantly. Plus being able to set admin permissions for staff is incredibly useful. What convinced me was the ability to customize the software to fit my specific business needs. Having used Prevail and Microsoft-based databases in the past, I can honestly say Dibcase blows them away for me. It simply feels like the sensible choice. Everything is within easy reach such as daily task lists, a calendar, projected revenue, recent activity logs and more. Exporting data to spreadsheets is pretty easy too. As the owner of a small business that's just getting off the ground, this is a solution that will scale with me. For larger firms that manage multiple case types, it is a very capable system too. After working for over 13 years as an administrative assistant in a disability company, I know my admin staff are going to appreciate Dibcase!

Cons

The software is a bit overwhelming at first until I learned how the features work.

adapts to how we work

Pros

Most case management programs force law firms or advocacy groups to adapt to the software's faults, create duplicate work and include features that are too awkward to use so they go unused, even if they're powerful. In contrast DIB Case adapts to how you work. I also like that it is extensible, allowing me to add features not included out of the box. The platform is highly interconnected making case and file reviews straightforward and nearly eliminating redundant effort. I can export logs to spreadsheets and easily monitor the productivity of both staff and contract workers. Designed specifically for Social Security disability benefits advocacy, it grows as my law firm or organization expands.

Cons

It is not perfectly tuned for Federal Court appellate work although it can be adjusted without much trouble to support Federal Court appeals. For my part, when working solely at the administrative levels for Social Security disability benefits advocacy, I have not come across any issues.

Cuts down time on case tasks

Pros

It is really easy to use and it cuts down the time I spend handling record requests, keeping case notes and answering client questions. Plus I can quickly create the documents I need and take care of everything required for my clients matters. And I am particularly fond of how it imports ODAR and A/C spreadsheets.

Cons

I have noticed a few kinks that still need ironing out which I expect with any new platform. That said the development team has been extremely responsive and fixed the problems I raised in a timely manner.
