What sets this tool apart is its ability to handle intricate searches across multiple data types. Whether I'm digging through Exchange emails, PST archives, or other digital files, it delivers thorough results without slowing me down.
Cons
It does run slower than some other tools although that seems to be mostly related to the server I'm running it on.

“faster records searches”
Pros
Working in a municipality means we have to comply with open records laws and this software has been a huge help. Being able to search across our O365 mailboxes and file servers in one place gives us a single, consolidated source to review and produce records. Before this, we had to rely on the clunky Microsoft eDiscovery tool along with manual file server searches. Now the turnaround time for these requests is only a fraction of what it used to be.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about the software. It has genuinely made my job much easier.

Pros
Sherpa delivers strong ediscovery capabilities without feeling overwhelming to use. It's especially well suited for professionals like me who don't work in ediscovery every single day but still need a capable, practical tool.
Cons
UI feels somewhat outdated and can be hard to understand at the beginning. That said a lot of that learning curve comes from how many options are available and how flexible the software is.

Pros
Discovery Attender turned a task that used to take several days of manually searching through multiple email inboxes into an automated process that now finishes within hours. It also handles exporting, indexing and reporting on what was exported which keywords were used and the related timestamps. That has made it much easier to deliver results to the legal team on time and stay within the tight deadlines required during investigations.
Cons
The layout feels a little old but the functionality more than makes up for it.

“Efficient search support”
Pros
During a large document discovery project, Discovery Attender turned out to be an invaluable tool. Being able to search across multiple data sources, including the file system and email PST files, all in one search was extremely beneficial. I also really appreciated how flexible the keyword lists were, along with the other search criteria you can define. One of the biggest advantages was the support I got at the beginning. The Executive team gave me orientation training and was available to answer any questions when I was using it for the first time. Since then, I've continued using it not only for discovery projects but also for search requests that come from my users.
Cons
My only real drawback was that this isn't the kind of product you install and immediately start using without any guidance. At first, it felt somewhat complex. After the orientation training and getting a few questions answered though, it became very easy to work with.

Cons
Setting up searches can be frustrating at times because it doesn't always respond the way you want so you may have to hit the back button and try several times before it works.
