“Huge timesaver”
Pros
After more than 10 years of using it in our office, it has proven to be a big improvement. We successfully moved over from an outdated system and now all of the patchwork databases we used to rely on are combined into one platform. It has made a huge difference in our Grand Jury process as well. Scheduling witnesses used to take days and now it only takes a couple of hours.
Cons
document storage and work area could be improved with a bit more robustness overall.
