I've noticed some strange address glitches when revisiting a completed questionnaire; sometimes, the street portion disappears. We've experienced this problem for a while, and there has not been any explanation or solution other than re-entering the information manually.

There are some glitches when printing individual forms compared to printing all forms, but overall, there are not many issues.

Docketwise is very easy to use. Having someone available to assist me along the way, and being easy to reach, is the best feature. Both clients and staff are very satisfied.

I only wish the text feature would improve a bit, and I would like the capability to file online applications with the Department of State and USCIS.

From my perspective, this software is excellent, well-crafted, easy to navigate, and provides easy access to information. Its updates are consistently current, often well before the USCIS due dates. The integrations with other software, particularly MyCase, are superb. Honestly, since I started using it, I have no plans to switch.

I have no negative feedback about the software at this moment; I'm really satisfied and recommend that all my colleagues give it a try, as their experience will likely be wonderful.

The synchronization feature needs to be disabled to make changes during the final review of documents. It would also be nice if the county could auto-populate once a ZIP code is entered.

Docketwise offers a variety of search functions that enhance its usability, allowing me to quickly locate specific information or documents with ease. In addition to these search feature, there are also multiple options for data input when it comes to drafting forms.

There were some functions that were previously unavailable, but they have since been addressed.

Having everything in one place has been really helpful and Stellan from customer service has been outstanding as they are very responsive and genuinely helpful whenever needed.

I feel like the portal could be organized better. Right now, uploaded files all end up in one section instead of being separated by employee which makes things less clear.

Being able to generate forms with auto-fill has been a huge time-saver for our team. It cuts down on repetitive work and makes the whole process much faster.

One thing I'd really like to see is a built-in payment system within itself, instead of relying on a separate third-party integration. Also it would be much better if we could charge clients and process payments directly through this tool alone.

Getting around the platform is really easy, there's no added cost when setting up extra user profiles and the customer support team has been helpful overall.

The data migration process was somewhat messy because of integration problems and there were times when technical support didn't seem fully prepared to handle those issues.
