It saves a lot of time, is simple to use and was clearly built by an immigration attorney who knows exactly which features actually matter.
Cons
Nothing negative to point out as there are just so many useful features that I still haven't had enough time to explore all of them.

Pros
Getting questionnaires out to clients is very easy and pulling that information into the forms is just as simple. The system is user friendly overall and has been very accurate.
Cons
The timer still feels a bit off especially when starting and stopping it. Because of that the case time tracking is not always as precise as it should be.

Pros
Docketwise is very user friendly and the questionnaires and forms are simple to locate. Smart Forms really helps the attorney manage cases efficiently and the product offers excellent value for the price.
Cons
Since I have only been using it for under six months, I can mainly say it has been very reliable and user friendly so far. I haven't explored every feature yet but as my practice grows, I plan to keep using it more fully.

It has really brought our whole practice into one place and made the workflow much more manageable for both our office team and our clients.
Cons
I'd really love to see a photo upload option on the client matter so it's easier to remember each client.

Pros
There's a short learning period at the beginning but once you get past that, the product becomes very simple to work with. The customer support has been excellent as well as any time a bug or issue comes up, they respond quickly and get it resolved fast. The forms are updated often and new features are added regularly. It also runs flawlessly on my iPad Pro which I use as my main device.
Cons
Well I haven't run into any issues with this product and would recommend it without any hesitation.
