“QR cataloging is a win”
Pros
Using QR codes to scan our documents has made a big difference for us. The system catalogs everything automatically so we no longer have to manually save files into specific folders or locations.
Cons
One issue comes up when pulling information from scanned documents: if the page is slightly crooked which happens pretty often, the scanning can run into problems. A way to straighten documents before capturing the data or text would make this feature much better.

Pros
Starting the program feels simple especially for storing files and finding documents across different folders.
Cons
A downside is document retention and disk space handling. After documents are deleted the system does not automatically compress the freed space so you have to run a claim disk space process manually.
