Configurable Screens and Logic
The platform is built for high configurability, which allows courts to tailor the system to their unique processes. Government Administration, 101-500 employees
“slow workflow and navigation”
Pros
Being browser-based is a plus and the case management system can be customized. It's also fairly simple to learn if you don't mind handling transactions at a very detailed, micro-managed level. Customer support has been excellent although at this price, that's something I would expect.
Cons
The biggest problem is how slow this browser-based system is. Every transaction takes too many separate steps, often across multiple tabs just to enter information and nothing about the process feels organized. It makes users work through a separate "parent screen" and "child screen" for every transaction which really drags things out. Since adopting this case management system, productivity has dropped. It's not simple and the workflow doesn't follow a logical or sensible pattern.
