After switching to Estateably earlier this year, the difference was clear right away, the platform felt much more simple and user-friendly than the estate software we used before. The support team has also been fantastic especially when it came to tailoring certain features to fit our firm's needs. Whenever questions come up, we're able to connect with an Estateably representative quickly which has been really valuable.

The only thing I'd really suggest is adding a live chat help box. Sometimes the question is minor and doesn't really warrant setting up a Zoom meeting just to get an answer.

Having all the forms I need in one program is a huge plus. It can sometimes take a little while to locate a specific one but everything I'm looking for is there. Another standout is the customer service,they respond quickly whenever I run into a problem or need something resolved and I never feel stuck waiting for help.

I'd really like to see the ability to edit forms at the source instead of having to make changes every time a document is generated. We have a few formatting preferences that aren't major, like capitalizing the word "Applicant" in certain places but I still have to go in and fix those details each time. It would be much better if the forms could live on our system and be updated at the master level so those edits would carry over automatically.

There is a small learning curve at first especially when it comes to understanding the back-end and how certain answers can change the final result on the forms. That said it's very simple to go back, make changes and sort things out.

Since I also use Automated Civil Litigation software with other law firms, I've noticed ACL lets you download all the documents needed for a specific task in one go. Estateably offers checklists instead but I'd really like to have the ability to download all the required documents for probate applications at once rather than having to hunt around for them.

Having the forms prefilled throughout the system is a huge help when entering information and really cuts down on repetitive work.

The postal code lookup doesn't always return the right result and figuring out how to connect liabilities to an asset was a bit confusing in the beginning.

Integration with my practice was fairly comprehensive. At times, it wasn't completely obvious how the information entered into the system would show up on the court forms but that has been improving continuously.

Using Estateably has been really simple which is what I appreciate most. On top of that, whenever I run into an issue, the technical support team is excellent. They walk me through everything quickly and always respond in a timely way.

I appreciate that if I need a specific letter, like one for the Public Guardian and Trustee Office or if an address needs to be corrected, I just contact technical support and it gets taken care of almost immediately.

Managing administration work feels much more organized with this software and the task reminders are genuinely useful for keeping everything on track. The platform is also being updated regularly with improvements and enhancements and whenever help is needed, the support team is consistently available and responsive.

At the beginning the only problem I ran into was that some asset amounts would not appear in the total unless I clicked in and out of the file. From what I can tell though, that issue seems to have been resolved.
