personally, I feel like its incredibly user-friendly and easy to learn plus Exterro support is always there to help when needed.

Cons

The lack of reporting capabilities makes it really hard to pull large amounts of data from the site.

Honestly, this company feels like a scam. They charge a lot of money but their product doesn't seem to work. They keep making excuses about why the "activation code" isn't working. Today, one of the managers even asked, "Have you used the code already? You know it can only be used once?" That was the last straw for me. Not only are they a scam but they try to blame it on their customers.

“all-in-one approach to e-discovery

Pros

One thing I really liked about Exterro E-Discovery Software Suite is its all-in-one approach to e-discovery. It provides a centralized platform for managing the whole process and the data analytics and advanced search features made it much easier to identify, collect, and analyze relevant evidence.

Cons

One drawback I noticed was the initial learning curve, especially when trying to figure out the different modules and features. Plus, the pricing structure can be pretty confusing, and some of the advanced features are priced so high, it might be tough for organizations with smaller budgets.

“Efficient legal holds

Pros

Once a template is set up for a matter, issuing Legal Holds to Custodians is super efficient, especially when multiple lawsuits are filed.

Cons

There�s no back button feature. For example, when updating a template to add new custodians, you can search by cost center and add the custodians, but then you have to start the search over from a blank form instead of being able to go back and input a different cost center. This also happens when creating templates.
